This 1 bedroom first floor condo has access to a private boardwalk down to the beach accessible via a short walk to the rear of the property. The condo is conveniently located near the pool which is handy for those poolside margarita refills. A Queen sized Murphy Bed is located in the living room for additional guests. ShoreThing has been completely remodeled with your comfort in mind. The condo has a spa like feel for total beach relaxation.

The front and back doors of this condo are visually (no audio) monitored by exterior security cameras. The condo development has exterior security cameras that monitor the parking lot areas.

The was exactly as pictured. We had a very nice for our extended stay. On our first day we we notified of the activities that were happening in the community center. The beach was less than a five minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cozy and Convenient Condo

This place is beautiful, cozy and clean. We loved our stay here. It is in a convenient location to the beach and has its own beach access that is a quick 5 min walk. If you are planning and bring a bunch of things with you, you can easily just drive around to the beach as well to drop your stuff off. The condo is right next to the pool so if you want to go relax in the pool it’s a 20 second walk to the pool. The condo it self is on the first floor and there is parking in the front and the back. We suggest to park near the back since it’s easier to load and unload your vehicle. You will not be disappointed booking your stay here. We absolutely loved it and will be booking again on our next trip.

I enjoy hosting guests and providing a beautiful, comfortable, clean, and modern spot for you and your loved ones to create special and lasting memories of your own.
