Schönes Haus in sehr gutem Zustand mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Schöne Lage. Mückenfenster hier und da wären schön. Garten mit perfektem Pool und schöner Aussicht. Alles da, was man braucht. Liegt direkt an einer Strasse, allerdings wenig Verkehr. Videoüberwachung des Grundstücks gut, allerdings inklusive des Poolbereiches, was gar nicht geht. Nach Grasse ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuss, allerdings mehr als 100 Höhenmeter... Der Stellplatz ist mit langem oder niedrigem Wagen schwer erreichbar.

Sehr schönes, luxoriöses Haus in sehr gutem Zustand mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Schöne Lage. Mückenfenster hier und da wären schön. Garten mit perfektem beheiztem Pool und schöner Aussicht. Alles da, was man braucht. Liegt direkt an einer Strasse, allerdings wenig Verkehr. Videoüberwachung des Grundstücks gut, allerdings inklusive des Poolbereiches, was gar nicht geht. Nach Grasse (abends wenig los) ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuss, allerdings mehr als 100 Höhenmeter... Der hauseigene Stellplatz ist mit langem Wagen schwer zu erreichen, mit Autos mit wenig Bodenfreiheit (Sportwagen) gar nicht. Müsste man an der Strasse parken. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, wenn die Details nicht stören.

Herlig ferie i Caliopa

CC viste os rundt i huset da vi ankom og han gav undervejs gode rejsetips. Her er pænt, rent og orden på tingene. Fra 1. salen har man en fantastisk udsigt til Cannes. Sengene er komfortable og rene. Der er god skabsplads og aircondition i alle rum. I kælderen er et komplet fitnesscenter med infrarød sauna. Poolen er stor og spabadet er skønt. Man kan gå til centrum på 20 min. Vejene er klassisk franske (små og stejle). Her kommer man for at slappe af, hvilket man også mærker på internettet :-)

Une semaine à Grasse..

Super semaine à Grasse dans la villa Caliopa. Une maison moderne super bien équipé sans vis à vis et au calme. Très bien accueilli par Christian qui tout au long de la semaine est présent pour nous et même pour nous donner des conseils de visites à effectuer ! Il nous met à l'aise et nous fait sentir comme chez nous. Je recommande !

Excellent séjour dans des conditions exceptionnelles : maison spacieuse, calme, bien équipée, notamment d'une salle de sport avec sauna et d'une belle cheminée pour de chaleureuses soirées d'hiver. L'accueil était impeccable. Nous recommandons !

Sehr schöne Villa

Wir hatten eine wirklich sehr schöne Woche hier. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Das große Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss hat uns gut gefallen, auch der beheizte und gepflegte Pool war super. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir wir den Betreuer vor Ort, Monsieur C. Wir hatten einen Tag sehr starkes Gewitter, sodass das Internet ausgefallen war. Innerhalb von zwei Tagen war alles wieder in Ordnung gebracht.

Traumhaft

Das Ferienhaus, die Terrasse und natürlich der Pool sind traumhaft. Die Übergabe war sehr freundlich und ausführlich. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, der Pool wurde zweimal gereinigt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, Dusche und Bad waren top. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem ist man in 20-30min ins Zentrum gelaufen, zur Küste sind es mit dem Auto auch nur 30min.

Fantastisk villa

Super lækker villa med skøn pool. Alt var perfekt, virkelig gode senge, dejligt køkken og stort motionsrum med masser af fitness udstyr. Skønne omgivelser og virkelig imødekommende og rar kontaktperson C. Anbefaler absolut denne villa for et skønt ophold i Sydfrankrig.

superbe maison excellent service sur place de la part du regisseur trees disponible et réactif mobilier peu adapté à la location (tables en verre bibelots...) par contre le propriétaire est entré en notre présence dans le jardin sans sonner en contournant la maison : très gênant et anormal

Sowohl Interhome zu Corona-Zeiten als auch die Betreuung vor Ort war perfekt! Das Haus ist wie beschrieben- super sauber, wunderschön, alles für einen tollen Urlaub vorhanden. Der Fitnessraum wurde aufgerüstet und enthält zusätzliche Geräte. Soweit man Fragen oder Probleme hat, steht der Betreuer vor Ort schnell und auch persönlich und mit Tipps zur Umgebung zur Verfügung. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Uiterst aangename en zeer goed uitgeruste villa. Zeer goede service ter plekke (stipte check-in en check-out, onderhoud zwembad om de 3 dagen, ...). De pluspunten van de villa zijn zeker de buitenkeuken, de goed uitgeruste keuken met o.a. een grote koelkast, het zwembad met jacuzzi en de fitnessruimte inclusief een sauna. Zeer praktisch dat al het huishoudlinnen, inclusief handdoeken, ook ter plekke voorhanden is. Goed gelegen voor bezoek van zowel het binnenland als de kuststreek.

Belle maison

Belle villa avec de belles prestations notamment mobilier de jardin. Belle piscine avec jacuzzi. Literie très confortable, grandes chambres et espace de vie conséquent. Salle de sport complète avec sauna et douche. Il faut impérativement un moyen de locomotion car pas de commerces à proximité. Seul petit bémol la proximité des poubelles en contrebas de la maison qui génère des nuisances sonores le matin. Nous retiendrons le très bon accueil de la personne en charge de l'entretien de la maison.

Belle villa à améliorer pour plus de fonctionnalités

On commence par le positif avec un acceuil et suivi agréable du gérant. Une belle maison et piscine sur un petit terrain. L'accès aux voitures basses est dangereux mais bref on se detend par la suite quand le compteur électrique ne saute pas ou l'eau chaude ne se fait rare. Que dire de la superbe cuisine extérieure où vous n'avez même pas de quoi faire une grillade. Je n'ai plus qu'à vous souhaiter un bon séjour et surtout une amélioration du propriétaire suite à mes commentaires.
