New! This completely restored, modern A-Frame home in the Village of Pinehurst is located by Pinehurst No. 3 & 5 golf courses and equipped with every amenity and convenience. Enjoy a cocktail or a nibble of charcuterie featuring our local cheeses and bread dipping oils while a loved one cooks up a delicious meal! Sink into our extra large sectional perfect for naps, watching the Masters, or entertaining any large group! Stroll about 2 miles to the Pinehurst Resort & Country Club, visit the historic downtown village shops, and enjoy the restaurants. With over 40 golf courses in a 15-mile radius of the Village, including the infamous Pinehurst No.2 course, the opportunities for golf are almost endless. Nearby you can discover 12 miles of scenic biking and hiking trails at Reservoir Park with a 95 acre lake for boating, fishing and disc golf, or check out the 111-acre Pinehurst Harness Track. This home is also equipped with high speed WiFi and TVs in the living room, kitchen and all of the bedrooms, except loft. When the sun sets, wind down in one of 3 bedrooms or our cozy loft for one of your best sleeps ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house met our needs. I'd give it 4/5 stars. We had four guys down to play golf. The house has some good features we didn't use much, like an expansive front deck. What we liked was its location and the ample size of the bedrooms. I also particularly liked my bed. The major negative for us was the non-very-powerful WIFI signal. You could do basic stuff on laptop but streaming was affected. That affected the TV as well. There could be more trash cans in the house. The kitchen was adequate but is somewhat dated. The house has a prominent circular staircase to get upstairs. While architects once were enamored of them, I think they should be outlawed. They make it difficult to take suitcases up and down, and are generally unsafe.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable and well stocked, exactly as pictured doors on all bedrooms( plus for guest) because it was described as a loft bedroom. Close to everything and walkable routes for exercising. Would stay again!

Perfect for family golf vacation.

Everything made easy here. Access to golf, open space, comfortable beds, all amenities in plentiful supply. We enjoyed our stay so much. The bikes were fun too! Thank you!
