Excellent communications

Property well stocked (no wine glasses) and clean. Unit not ready for check-in when stated at the Signature (3 pm) or when promised on the website (4 pm). However, communication with the management company was very good.

Tower2 & 3 pools closed

Signature pool tower closed for season "due to fall hours", on mon aug 29. THE HOTTEST DAYS IN VEGAS. Very Disappointed as we had planned to hang out at our private pool. Would have been nice to know. Would have stayed in tower 1 or different location. That said, enjoyed Lazy river access,

Marcia, thank you for taking time to review our listing. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed during your stay. We feel you.. The Signature often change their pool policies and information so we added this in our house manual to always check their website.. On the happy side, we're glad you enjoyed Lazy River access. We hope that you can still consider our listings on your next visit.
