The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building. The beautiful newly furnished apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 large bathroom and 1 dining room.
In each bedroom there are 2 large beds with blanket and pillows, a wardrobe and a bedside table and fresh linen. The windows can be completely darkened by external blinds.
The kitchen has all necessary cooking utensils z. B. Refrigerator, kettle, hotplates, pots, plates, cups, cutlery etc. These are housed in a fitted kitchen. It is a basic supply of oil, salt, sugar and various spices available. In addition, up to 3 people can comfortably prepare meals at the existing table.
The dining room has a large glass table that can seat 4 people and the cloakroom.
The bathroom has a washing machine and clothes horse. There is a sink with mirror and a bath in the shower can be.
The fast Internet via the W-LAN can be used free of charge.
In the large courtyard of the building, the vehicle can be parked free of charge.
In the immediate vicinity of the property is the Geraer Tierpark and shopping facilities as well as smaller restaurants. The city center can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Bis auf die Bettwäsche war die Wohnung nur augenscheinlich sauber.
Der Geschirrspüler war voller Essensreste, die vor sich hin schimmelten.
Schmutzige Badewanne.
Schmutzige Ecken.
Handtücher fehlten zunächst.
Schimmel am ganzen Rahmen des Badezimmerfensters.
Schränke in der Küche schmutzig und liederlich.
Außenrollo in einem Zimmer defekt (direkt an der lauten Strasse scheinen die Straßenlaterne und Autoscheinwerfer rein)
Riesige Flusenberge unter dem Bett.
Das Haus, in welchem sich die Wohnung befindet, sieht wenig einladend aus, innen und aussen.
Als Ferienwohnung nicht sehr schön, war wohl eine Monteursunterkunft.
Das Bild im Netz ist seitlich fotografiert, dort ist nur der Hof, nicht die Wohnung. Diese befindet sich vorne zur Hauptverkehrsstraße (Bundesstraße) raus.
Nachdem ich die Nachricht "Alles prima" nach dem ersten genaueren Hinschauen an den Vermieter revidierte, kam keine Antwort mehr.
