Fewo wird nicht empfohlen

Positiv: Gepflegte Anlage+Pool, Weg zum Strand, Strand, Denia. Negativ: Bei Ankunft extrem unangenehme Luft. Roch nach "letzte Lüftung Weihnachten". Stundenlang lüften bis einigermaßen schlaffähig. Das bleibt Tage in allen Stoffen drin ! Wlan-Zugang auf vorgedrucktem Schlüsselanhänger falsch. Abgelaberte "Couch". Leider übersehen, was "TV nur ES" heißt (primitiv). Laute Hauptstr. in ca. 100m; von wegen stille Eigentümer. "Messi"-ähnlicher Flurschrankinhalt. Klemmende Wgtür. Interhome CHECKEN !

Nicht empfehlenswert

Positiv: gepflegte Anlage+Pool, Strandzugang, Strand, Denia Negativ: Bei Eintritt in Fewo Luft stinkend, gefühlt "Ostern" letzte Lüftung, auch nach stundenlangem Lüften bleibt es in allen Stoffen, Wlan-Netzwerkangaben (vorgedruckt !) falsch. Flurschrank mit "Messi ähnlichem" Inhalt. Abgelaberte Stoffcouch ohne waschbaren Überbezug. Alles wirkt alt, "abgehangen", ärmlich ( zB.. 1 Duschkopf verkalkt ohne Durchlaufeinstellung. Putzrisse an einigen Wänden ). Laute Hauptstr. in 100m (war in Beschreibung nicht angegeben). Habe leider "TV nur ES" nicht beachtet, für heutige Zeit unzumutbar (+TV klein, nur HD, ohne Wlan). Teilweise schlechte Funktionen der Haustechnik, Bestecke ca. 10cent/Stk. wert. Interhome Denia sollte diese Fewo einer gründlichen Inspektion unterziehen.

Prachtige aangelegde residentie enkel merk je dat het appartement veel verhuurd wordt en dat eigenaar te weinig onderhoud doet...heel veel barsten in de muren...zetels niet meer in goede staat...

Buena estancia. Recomendable.

El apartamento es agradable. No es lujoso pero estaba limpio, todo funcionaba y está equilibrado entre calidad y precio. La ubicación y los accesos a los servicios, a la playa, y al centro son buenos. La urbanización está bien cuidada y es tranquila (los fines de semana se crece, pero los lunes vuelve la tranquilidad). Solo señalar no positivo la wifi, muy limitada, inutilizable. Es muy positivo el soporte, la atención, y rapidez de la srta, D. y del resto del personal de Interhome-Dénia.

Buena estancia. Recomendable.

La casa es cómoda y agradable, fácil de mantener limpia. El entorno, jardines y piscina, se nota que está muy bien cuidado. El acceso a la playa es cómodo. Ante alguna incidencia la atención al cliente por la agencia local es muy correcta. Le falta para subir la puntuación algunos detalles de mantenimiento no atendidos, y la wifi que es irrelevante. Menos de 5 Mb/s. En resumen, es una buena opción para pasar unos días agradable.
