Welcome to Dream Come True! Stroll just six minutes to sun-kissed sands and unwind in our private heated pool with kiddy pool flowing into the pool (No hot tub at this home). Our four-bedroom oasis, featuring a spacious deck and breezy open floor plan, promises pure beachside bliss!

-Guests will have full access to the home
- 4 bed, 2.5 bath
-Keyless entry
-6 min walk to beach
-The home will sleep 12 comfortable, with use of both sleeper sofas No more then 8 adults are permitted
-pool heat is available upon request with an additional charge of $25 per night

Need to Know
We do not supply anything that is taken off the property. That would include any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Usually there is some at the property left from past guests. We do not guarantee what will be there. The home will have a beach wagon
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera at the NW corner facing driveway.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)

-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee. Wonderful stay!

My family and I spent a wonderful Thanksgiving at the property. The home was beautifully kept and very spacious for 6 adults. It had everything we needed - a fully equipped kitchen, a grilling area and a pool. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and a cute small downtown area. The host reached out several times to see if we had everything we needed. Would recommend.

Friends Reunion

Great location. Close enough to the beach and restaurants that you can walk to everything. A quick car ride over the bridge and you will find full size grocery stores. Having the private pool and the easy access to the area is why we had a wonderful time at Dream Come True.

We love it here!

This was our 3rd year renting this home and every year we have had an amazing time! The home is beautiful and Alan and Taylor are always so helpful! This year was the first year we unexpectedly arrived a little early and had to reach out to see if early check in was an option. Taylor after confirming with housekeeping gave us the green light and after an 18 hour drive with 6 kids I couldn't have been more thankful!

Our stay was awesome, great property, great service around the island.

The property was great. We had no real issues. The pool was awesome and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. We have rented from this home owner for 3 spring breaks in a row and it has been a wonderful experience. He is quick to answer if there is an issue and provides updates throughout the week. Was a great week with great people.

Outstanding Vacation Spot

We enjoyed our stay in the "Dream Come True Private Heated Pool Home". We nearly spent our entire time in the back yard and the pool. We ate every meal on the back deck at there table. We prepared nearly every meal in the kitchen and with the use of the grill. Walks to the beach took no time at all and were alway enjoyable. I can only say this is a wonderful home.

We had a blast!

We loved this house. It was very clean, within a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The upstairs has plenty of living area with 3 bedrooms. The area isn't very commercialized so it wasn't very crowded, which we loved! The house is a short drive to Clearwater or John's Pass to satisfy your shopping fix and there is a Publix just up the road. Alan was an outstanding host! Thank you Alan for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!

We were very comfortable, only disappointing part was pool heater not operational, yet due to recent hurricanes if that was the only issue we were blessed, Alan stayed in contact with us at all times.

Everything about the house was perfect! We didnt bother walking around before renting a golf cart and that was such a waste of money! The beach, the water park, restaurants, and (my son's favorite part) the ice cream shop are all super close and an easy walk! Unlike some houses we've rented in the area, this one stayed cool which is so necessary this time of year. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and it was plenty of space for the 6 of us. If you're considering a trip to the area, I'd strongly recommend this house! Oh, I can't forget to compliment the neighbors. They are awesome too! We got a tad bit too much sun one day and they cut a few pieces from their aloe plant and gave them to us!

Beautiful home excellent location to beach and restaurants

Great. Tv in basement glitches entire stay. Tv in upper bedroom needed plugged and unplugged several times before it would come on. Frig not working when we got there switched outlets them resumed working. Garbage in garage but was taken care of. Otherwise great house plenty of room close to walk to beach and restaurants. Clean plenty of towels had 9 people. Bring skillet with you only had 1 for 9 made difficult to cook on stove.

Amazing beach house!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach house!! We had 9 people and there was plenty of room for everyone! The pool was a much needed treat at the end of a salty, sandy beach day. The covered patio and huge garage came in handy when it would rain. The beach was a quick 6-8 minute walk! We loved the quiet neighborhood, with it being a cul-de-sac there was no busy traffic on our street. The House was equipped with all of the essentials, and we loved the shared drawer of saran wrap, sandwich bags and kitchen utensils, and then the community cupboard of spices and oils and such. No need to buy a bunch of spices before you cook at this house! There was also a wagon, a nice igloo cooler, some boogie boards, noodles, floats, goggles ,etc which was nice for my sister that flew in and couldn’t bring those items on the plane. Overall, an excellent experience and beautiful vacation home!

Nice family house

We really enjoyed our stay. House was great. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We couldn't walk to the beach access due to my husband's foot and couldn't find a parking spot. We ended up at sand key state park. It was nice. We would definitely come back.

Vacation rental

The property was exactly how it was advertised!! We had a family of 12 with kids staying and it was enough room for all of us. Very convenient for the stores and easy access to beach. The only thing i would suggest is to have a little fridge in the downstairs so whule your at the pool you dont have to run upstairs wet. Other than that it was an awesome place.

Perfect Family Getaway

It was perfect. So accessible to the restaurants and beach, while be tucked into a cute little private neighborhood. The house was clean and supplied with everything we needed. There were some things (spices, aluminum foil, pool toys) left behind by previous guests. We left our extra stuff behind. It was so convenient! The pool was great, and cleaned twice during our stay. The house itself was clean and very spacious! We will be staying here again in the future.

Great location

We stayed at the property for a month in January. The location could not have been better. We were within walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The grocery was a short drive away however there is a CVS we walked to that carried some food items coffee ,milk etc. If you are traveling with older members of your family as we were, fair warning the inside stairs are steep . We got around that however by taking my mother-in-law up the outside stairs by the pool. The owner was very easy to get hold of and responded quickly ,.

This home is in a great location, but needs several updates. All of the beds are quite uncomfortable. The refrigerator is missing all but one shelf on the door and doesn't stay cold. The fridge ice maker is frozen over and doesn't produce new ice (needs to be defrosted). There was a counter ice maker, but it was filthy. The pool was dirty when we got there. The pool guy came and started cleaning it while we were swimming and it was still dirty when he was finished (he was there a total of about 15 minutes). My friends were able to make a game of ant killing while in the downstairs bathroom. The front door was unlocked when we got there and we discovered that the batteries were dead in the key pad. I called the property manager and he wanted to come later that evening or the next morning. I had to specifically ask him to come sooner than that because we were leaving for dinner and didn't want to leave the home unlocked with all of our things inside. He was super nice when he got there, but this is something that should have already been taken care of. The best thing about this home is the location. We were able to walk to several restaurants and the beach as well. I think with several upgrades and better cleaning policies this home can be great, but it definitely needs some attention.

Memorable trip

Property was amazing. A hiccup with AC but Alan was there under 30 min. AC was in working order in under an hour. Just things that happen with equipment. Wished the ice maker worked but stay was great. Well equipped kitchen. Space to spread out we had a very diverse age group. Suggestion would be to get extra refrigerator for garage. We had a full house. 12 people. Wish we could have stayed longer. My teenage grandchildren said they loved it all. The grands under 10 loved the pool and convence of the beach. Thanks again for offering your house for vacation. Would like to come back in 2 years.

Great stay with the family

We stayed in this house for two weeks, with our kids and grandkids visiting us while we were there. The Indian rocks beach area had a lot of damage from the recent hurricanes, but this whole street looked in good shape compared to some. I am giving them some slack with some small items because of that, but the main part of the house and the pool were excellent. The grandkids loved the large pool and deck area. I am sure the yard and green areas will recover soon. The house is well equipped. The upstairs has a roomy kitchen-living area, and a deck. The kitchen had everything we needed for 6 adults/3 kids. The downstairs looked new, as I am sure it was redone after the storm. A small bedroom downstairs with a queen, and a nice playroom area. The upstairs has three bedrooms, including the master suite. We asked for a couple of things while we were there and the property manager had them there right away. The location is just 3 blocks from the beach, which is an easy walk. It is also near the strip where all the restaurants and shops are. There is a beach wagon to cart stuff with you. There were no beach toys when we arrived, but we left stuff that we bought in the wagon.

Perfect spot for a relaxed family vacation

This house was comfortably laid out to accommodate our group of three generations. We cooked at home or grilled most days and it had everything we needed to prepare a variety of meals. When we didn't feel like cooking there were easily 5-10 places within walking distance in addition to a CVS close by for miscellaneous items and a grocery store a quick drive away. The owner was very responsive to my questions which was great. The best area of this house is the yard and pool. We has so many hours of our week spent in and by the pool. Plenty of shade for those that needed it and comfortable chaises and chairs. There was also other sitting areas down there for card playing, eating and just relaxing. The house is lived in, but we appreciated that as we felt right at home. It can accommodate 8 comfortably for sleeping in beds. The downstairs pullout was pretty uncomfortable but kids probably wouldn't mind it or there was room for an air mattress. There was also laundry which was nice to have. The only things I would recommend would be a second refrigerator on the pool level and pool towels to use for those of us flying. Finally the beach was just a short walk away. The location could not have been better for that and grabbing the trolley to explore the area.

Great location and responsive host

The location was wonderful and the host was very responsive but from the beginning there were just things that could have been better, especially with the cost paid. We got a message before arrival that the washer had broken. So while it was replaced a few days later, it made us have to really ration beach towels, etc and wait to do laundry the night before we left. The video game was also broken, which was minor but disappointing to the kiddos and the beach wagon that was mentioned in the welcome email was missing (thankfully we brought our own). There was also just a moldy smell to the place and there was visible mold coming from the air vent in the master bedroom that I noticed the last day. Also upon arrival, the pool was cloudy, green, and there was visible yellow algae in the deep end. We did advise the host and the reason given was 4th of July holiday and rain…fair enough, but again picked this place partly for the pool and not being able to feel safe swimming the first day was a bummer. They did send a pool guy the next morning(Sunday) who just shocked it (didn’t brush the algae) and said we could get in later in the day. The green color did get better but the algae got more noticeable in the deep end to where we didn’t feel great having the kids swim by Tuesday. We love this area and the house was a great, short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We did have plenty of room and was overall comfortable with plenty of linens, pillows, etc.
