Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Oversized Pool towels from inside closet ( if used ) should be washed and placed back as they had been found.
Contact host and notify of departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renter agrees to abide by the HOA rules of the Grand Villa @World Tour. Reservationist is responsible party and is expected to be present at check-in
Check in/check out procedure: upon arrival an on-sight exterior camera will assist in verification of reservationists ID. Take note: # of guests.
Guest agree to submit all payments as they become due. Overdue payments may result in loss of booking and forfeiture of deposit money.

Had a great stay at the Golfer’ Retreat. The location is great, just a short ride from CCU and the Beach. The property was very clean and quiet. The home is perfectly furnished and has all you need for a great stay. The host is very responsive. Will definitely be renting this unit again.

We booked this a week before we arrived and it did not disappoint! Cozy, quiet area, with lots to do, including just relaxing and watching the golfers. Would stay again if we're in the area.

We recently stayed at this property for a long weekend. The pictures online is what you see when you arrive.The hostess Kim was very friendly and easy to work with. She was quick to answer any questions I had prior to booking and check-in. She checked in on us during our stay, etc. I would recommend this property to family and friends and would stay again if the opportunity arises.The pool was clean and refreshing as well.

Quick Trip to Myrtle Beach

The communication with the host was very good and the location of the property was great . The property appears clean ,but it is in need of a good deep clean , the shower liners are very dirty, there was another guests sock left behind a dresser and the carpets are very stained .
