Discover the charm of our cozy house, just a short walk from the beautiful and famous Cala Santanyí beach. This delightful vacation home is perfect for four people or families with children and offers a spacious garden, ideal for relaxing and playing.



Our house is only a 15-minute walk from Cala Santanyí beach and just 3 km from the picturesque town of Santanyí. Here you will find numerous shops, ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars, as well as the popular weekly market held every Wednesday and Saturday. In just 10 minutes by car, you can reach the scenic fishing port of Cala Figuera with its charming waterfront.



The area offers many opportunities for outdoor activities. Walking and cycling on nearby trails provide stunning views of the coast and the Mediterranean. For water sports enthusiasts, there are several options such as snorkeling, diving, and kayaking directly on Cala Santanyí beach.



Chalet Turó features two cozy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a modern bathroom, a cozy living and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The covered terrace is furnished with a large wooden table and comfortable chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. Behind the house, there is a barbecue area with another covered terrace, also equipped with a table and chairs. In front of the house, there is a large raised pool (6.50 x 3.10 m) with a spacious terrace and comfortable sun loungers.



New: Air Conditioning

Starting from February 18, 2025, the house is equipped with air conditioning, available free of charge for clients who book from this date. For reservations made before this date, air conditioning use will be available for an additional supplement.



The spacious garden offers many possibilities for relaxation and entertainment, whether reading a book in the shade, enjoying a delicious meal near the house, cooling off in the raised pool, or playing football or badminton. A small paradise

The garden is exceptional and gives you a lot of privacy. Unfortunately the weather wasn't to good so we couldn't enjoy the lovely pool. The house was very clean and has everything you need. We were so happy to have chosen this quiet place, that was close enough to shops and restaurants.

Great for a family stay!

We liked pretty much everything about Chalet Turo! We loved the outside space and so did the kids. The house is cosy but still has everything you need for a long stay. And the location is great of course! Communication with the team and the service was definitely 5 stars! The house needs a bit of fixing up here and there, but other than that, no real improvements.

Wunderbare kleine Finca.

Schönes eingezäuntes großes Gelände mit vielen Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten. Schöner Pool, zum entspannen ideal! Verbessert werden sollten die Matratzen, diese sollten erneuert werden damit man auch nach ein paar Nächten noch ohne Rückenschmerzen und Verspannungen aufwacht.

Sehr hübsche, kleine Finca

Die Lage und das großzügige Grundstück drumherum hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sehr schön ruhig dort. Wir kommen sehr gern noch einmal wieder. Der Sichtschutz rund ums Grundstück hat sich an vielen Stellen gelöst. Das sieht nicht so schön aus und es kann daddurch auch reingeschaut werden. Ansonsten war alles prima.

Alles wirklich sauber und in Ordnung. Vielleicht einen Kescher zum Pool, damit man selber die Fliegen entfernen kann.

Besser geht nicht

Wir waren positiv überrascht als wir in der Finca ankamen. Sie ist wirklich genauso, wie auf den Fotos. Es ist alles gut durchdacht, sogar die Farbe der Schlüssel passt farblich zu den Türen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, auch an die Freizeitgestaltung zwischendurch wurde mit Basketball, Federball etc. gedacht. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb inmitten von Felder, was wir auch so wollten. Man hat absolut seine Ruhe. Es gibt gar nichts zu beanstanden, wir hatten lange nicht so einen schönen Urlaub, danke dafür. da fällt uns nichts ein.

Einfach wunderschön!

Es ist herrlich ruhig im Chalet. Die Besitzer haben den Garten mit vielen kleinen gemütlichen Ecken liebevoll gestaltet, die zum Verweilen einladen und einen die Natur genießen lassen.Selbst ein Strandschirm und eine Kühlbox wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir sind sowohl vom Büro als auch von den Eigentümern sehr herzlich empfangen worden. .

Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal in der Finca und haben uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Marga und Toni sind sehr freundliche und sympathische Gastgeber und machen alles für ihre Gäste. Wunderschöne, kleine Finca

Wir waren zu viert (Eltern, plus 2 erwachsene Kinder) auf dieser Finca. Die Finca ist sehr schön, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Räume (auch die Küche) sind nicht groß, bieten aber alles was man braucht. Die meiste Zeit hält man sich sowieso auf der tollen Veranda oder den Liegeplätzen auf. Der Pool ist zum Abkühlen und Planschen absolut ausreichend (er wird wöchentlich gereinigt). Ein gepflegter Grillplatz ist neben dem Haupthaus vorhanden. Ausreichend Liegeplätze, Liegen, Sonnenschirme. Ein Basketballkorb und auch Bälle sind dort. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Gutes Internet ist vorhanden. Da das Haus etwas von der Straße entfernt ist, ist es auch sehr ruhig! Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt und zwei Restaurants sind fußläufig 9 Minuten entfernt. Auch zwei sehr schöne Strände sind in 9 bzw. 13 Minuten zufuß erreichbar. Eine wirklich tolle Lage! Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden wöchenlich gewechselt. Leider hat das Gebäude keine Klimaanlage, aber Lüfter sind ausreichend vorhanden (das war okay für uns). Die Eigentümer sind auch wirklich sehr nette Leute. Also, wir waren wirklich rundum zufrieden, haben uns wohl gefühlt und super erholt. Das ist unsere ehrliche Meinung. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Urlaub in der Finka

Super großes Grundstück mit vielen separaten Plätzen und super Pool . Kleine ruhige Bucht , gut zu Fuß zu erreichen , samt Lokale und Supermarkt . Finka relativ klein , aber für 2 Personen ausreichend ! Alles sehr sauber ! Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen wäre nicht schlecht.

Perfect location and friendly service

The four of us had a wonderful time at Chalet Turo - the finca is small but perfectly formed, very well equipped, and Marga and Tony looked after us beautifully. The pool is an added bonus and we can recommend an evening dip after a Barbq, watching the bats swoop over and listening to the Cicadas by the light of the stars. Cala Santanyi is just down the road near great restaurants and a really well equipped shop, but we fell in love with the beautiful Cala llombards, S'Amarador and Calo de Moro which are all within 10-15 mins drive. We booked this holiday pre-covid and have had to wait 2 years, and I am so glad we finally made it!

Ein sehr guter Hausservice hält das Haus in makellos sauberen Zustand inklusive Reinigung und Wäschewechsel nach einer Woche. Nichts ist kaputt, oder nur spanisch halbseiden zusammengeschustert. Die vorhandene Grundausstattung an Reinigungs- und Hygieneartikeln, Gewürzen in der Küche, ausreichendes, ordentliches Geschirr und vor allem ein Satz scharfer Küchenmesser sind leider keineswegs die Normalität und haben uns daher um so mehr erfreut. Getoppt hat das noch eine gute Flasche Negro und eine frische Ananas als Willkommensgruß. Danke, wir kommen sicher wieder!
