Our modern apartment is located on the ground floor and is directly accessible via the garden. There is also the cozy sitting area, where you can barbecue and / or watch the sunset in the evening. Our 4000 square meter property is located at the beginning of the quiet village of 80 inhabitants Laeven and is surrounded by fields, meadows, forests and beautiful natural and hiking trails that are well signposted. The old beeches "holy halls" are right around the corner. It is about 5 km to the next crystal-clear lakes with many bathing places, which are easy to reach by bicycle or car. There is a children's playground in the village, stork's nest and little traffic. There are bike rentals in the area, boat rentals and opportunities for lake tours, guided tours in nature and concerts, cinema and much more. The apartment consists of a kitchen with a sleeping alcove (bed: 1.40 mx 2.00 m) and bathroom. The kitchen is modern equipped with electric hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The couch can also be converted into a sofa bed (1.20 mx 2.00 m). The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and hair dryer. You are also welcome to book a separate bedroom with two single beds, sideboard and wardrobe. Our large property with Nebengelass, garden and animals (chickens, sheep, dog and cats) is located directly on the outskirts and is surrounded by fields.
