Welcome to Condo Wayak 301, proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). This condominium is located in the Quadra Alea complex, in one of the most central areas of Playa del Carmen, very close to the beach, plazas, restaurants and Fifth Avenue.The main bedroom has a king bed, a spacious closet outside the room and a private bathroom with bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, closet and bathroom. Each room has high-speed internet access, and air conditioning in all rooms.The kitchen is completely equipped and has a dishwasher, breakfast bar, fridge, microwave oven. Next to the kitchen is the dining room with a table for 6 people, within this space there is also the living room with TV, and it also has a terrace with a view of the pool. It also has a laundry area that is next to its kitchen.This complex has elevators in the building, swimming pool, a gym, 24-hour security, spacious gardens, underground parking, just 1 block from Fifth Avenue, 4 blocks from DAC and Mega supermarkets.MONTHLY PRICE:- Long-term rentals: More electricity.
