Look forward to your well-deserved vacation! The little yellow hideaway "dvorska ulica 37" is open to you. After extensive renovation in 2019, the townhouse presents itself in new condition and is characterized by its successful combination of original architecture and modern living design. With a courtyard (seating area with grill), a balcony (lounge furniture) and an additional terrace (2 deck chairs) you can relax. The landlord does not live in the house. 3 flat-screen TVs and free WiFi provide entertainment for young and old. A PS-3 with 2 controllers delights the child's heart. The comfortably equipped open kitchen (with couch) offers everything for a breakfast, lunch and dinner together with the whole family. From the kitchen you can easily access the balcony and terrace.
From all windows in the 1st and 2nd Floor to the west enjoy ocean views. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Kitchen, balcony and terrace are on the 1st Floor. Another staircase leads you to the 2nd Floor with a single bed room, an additional small guest toilet and the stylish and romantic master bedroom with a double box spring bed.
