Westerwald - Modern holiday home

Modern approx. 45 sqm holiday house located on the edge of the Westerwald. 1 bedroom / living room with kitchen, spacious bathroom, WiFi and car parking space. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. In addition, there is a fireplace in the living area.

The detached holiday home with its own terrace and adjacent garden is not far from our own house in a very quiet location. In the center of Asbach (approx. 2 km away) there are various discounters and a shopping center with a petrol station, doctors, pharmacy, post office, butcher, bakeries and snack restaurants.

The terrace with adjacent garden can be used for relaxing, sunbathing and barbecuing. Garden furniture and a grill are ready.

You are also welcome to bring your dog with you. The quiet environment and location of the cottage is ideal for a walk.
