Westerwald - Modern holiday home

Modern approx. 45 sqm holiday house located on the edge of the Westerwald. 1 bedroom / living room with kitchen, spacious bathroom, WiFi and car parking space. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. In addition, there is a fireplace in the living area.

The detached holiday home with its own terrace and adjacent garden is not far from our own house in a very quiet location. In the center of Asbach (approx. 2 km away) there are various discounters and a shopping center with a petrol station, doctors, pharmacy, post office, butcher, bakeries and snack restaurants.

The terrace with adjacent garden can be used for relaxing, sunbathing and barbecuing. Garden furniture and a grill are ready.

You are also welcome to bring your dog with you. The quiet environment and location of the cottage is ideal for a walk.

In unserer Zeit hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles was man braucht in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Wir haben die Wohnung sauber und aufgeräumt vorgefunden. Der Gastgeber hat sich uns persönlich kurz vorgestellt. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind uns sicher das wir ein weiteres Mal in der Ferienwohnung Urlaub machen werden.

Ich hatte dieses Ferienhäuschen spontan gebucht, um ein paar Tage Ruhe in naturnaher Umgebung zu finden und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Der Empfang war herzlich und reibungslos, das Häuschen vollständig ausgestattet und sehr sauber, das Dörfchen ruhig. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, ich fühlte mich willkommen. Schöne Wander- und Spazierwege. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar. Ich komme wieder.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und es war alles sauber. Sogar für unseren Hund gab es ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk. Schade war es, dass die Beleuchtung draußen kaputt oder noch nicht installiert war. Es hingen nur lose Kabel herum.

Westerwald mit 3 Hunden

Wir konnten die Hunde problemlos mitnehmen. Der Garten war schön und teilweise eingezäunt mit diversen Möglichkeiten zum Grillen und Entspannen und die Landschaft idyllisch. Wichtig zu wissen: der Gastgeber hatte mehrere Freigängerkatzen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Kurzurlaub in Sessenhausen

Aufenthalt in Sessenhausen war erholsam, in der Wohnung hats an nichts gefehlt, alles tadellos sauber. das einzigste, was wir bemängelt haben, dass die Wanderwege schlecht ausgezeichnet sind, dafür kann der Vermieter aber nichts.

Alles hat gepasst, das Wetter, die Anreise, die Unterkunft und die Umgebung! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber, angenehm kühl im Sommer daher brauchten wir den Kamin nicht. Ein großer Garten vor der Terrasse konnte mitbenutzt werden, Sonnenliegen waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Ausflüge nach Bonn, Köln zur Drachenburg usw. sind gut möglich! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Sassenhausen!

Ruhiger, erholsamer Urlaub

Der Rhein und damit interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur 20 bis 30 km entfernt. Am Rhein sind entspannte Radtouren in wechselnden Landschaftsbildern mit herrlichen Ausblicken sehr zu empfehlen.

Natur pur bei tollen Gastgebern

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unserem Hund sehr in diesem schönen Häuschen genossen. Schöne Ausstattung, blitzsauber, alles was wir brauchten in Küche und Bad... die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Der Garten (Vögel beobachten:-)!) und der Kamin waren unsere Highlights bei Schmuddelwetter. Von uns gibt es 5 *****.
