In an attractive location between the imperial baths Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck is the Villa Sandrose. Surrounded by stately mansions, you will feel very close to the splendid times of former times. Enjoy your Usedom stay in this beautiful and stylish apartment. On a floor space of approximately 80m ² are distributed two separate bedrooms, a separate kitchen and a beautiful living room with adjoining veranda. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Directly in front of the house is a parking space available. Bicycles can be safely stored in the in-house cellar.
Living and cooking
In the living room invites a comfortable seating area to relax. For entertainment, a modern flat screen television with Blue-Ray player and a state-of-the-art audio system are available. At the beautiful and spacious dining table you can eat, play and clink. For a quiet leisure or reading hour, the veranda to enter from the living room offers. Equipped with couch, armchair and beautiful display cabinet, this room is a wonderful retreat. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and leaves hardly a wish unfulfilled. Particularly appealing is the location of this holiday apartment in the Neue Weg / corner of Delbrückstraße - one of the most beautiful areas with the most magnificent villas. The only a few meters away sandy beach with its wide and well-kept promenade can be reached quickly via a small, almost car-free path. From here you can reach the center of Heringsdorf as well as the Ahlbeck within walking distance.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für den Ostseeurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr groß und geräumig. Es war wirklich Alles da was man brauchte und auch die Küchenausstattung war mehr als üppig. Die Lage war super für Ausflüge oder Tage am Strand. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
