In this inviting modern farmhouse style home, the open-concept layout creates a warm and spacious atmosphere. Situated in the countryside, the home boasts a beautiful outdoor deck that opens to a view of the woods surrounding the property.

MAIN SPACES OF THE HOME:
- 2 BEDROOMS all furnished with plush mattresses and linens provided, additional futon is available to accommodate up to 6 guests.

- BEDROOM 1: 1 king bed, dresser, closet, located on the main living floor
- BEDROOM 2: 1 double (full) bed, dresser, closet, located downstairs in the finished basement
- KITCHEN: fully equipped with all appliances and kitchen essentials to prepare meals at home, Keurig and hot water kettle provided, well stocked with k cups, tea bags, creamers and sugar packets
- DINING AREA: dining table seats up to 6, ideal for a nice sit-down meal
- LIVING ROOM: designed for together time with sofa seating and accent chairs, a cozy propane fireplace, and Smart TV, best for downtime moments at home
- BASEMENT LIVING ROOM: located just down the stairs in the space outside the bedroom, fit with a futon that folds out to a FULL SIZE BED (bed linens and pillows provided) and Smart TV, perfect for additional sleeping options, or an extra space to relax
- BATHROOM: shower and tub stocked with shower essentials, towels, hair dryer and toilet paper provided
- BACKYARD: a favorite spot complete with a deck, outdoor furniture including a sectional sofa, hanging egg chairs, and dining table for 6, BBQ grill, outdoor fire pit area with wood and fire starter provided, outdoor games including corn hole and ladder ball

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

The max occupancy is 6 guests. Daytime visitors are welcome, but must not stay overnight. There is a $200 per person penalty charge for overnight guests over the max occupancy.

Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. Parking in the grass or the garage is prohibited.

There is a surveillance camera on the exterior of the garage facing the driveway for security reasons only and to ensure guest safety.

HOUSE RULES:
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur penalty charges.
- No pets.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm-7 am. We must be respectful of our neighbors.
- The horses are not on our property. Trespassing onto the neighbor's property to pet or feed their horses is strictly prohibited.
