Welcome to the Non smoking apartment Holgis gem with its own sauna! In a large old brick barn with brand new interior life is the apartment Holgis Schmuckstück with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, induction stove with oven), integrated dining area, separate bedroom with double bed and living room with comfortable (!) Double pullout sofa for max. 2 to 4 people. As a special bonus, the private sauna awaits you for up to 4 people, whose electricity costs will be charged separately. (If you do not use the sauna, you do not have to contribute to the costs by way of a surcharge). The spacious bathroom has a shower and toilet. Enjoy the morning sun on the breakfast terrace under your bedroom window. Central but quiet location and proximity to the beach (about 200 m) complete the offer. Look forward to nice days in the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 21:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage zwischen Ostsee und Haff und mitten im Ortskern ist wunderbar. Wir empfehlen sie auf jeden Fall weiter.

Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig. Es wäre gut, wenn noch ein wenig Erstattung mehr vorhanden wäre, z.B. Backpapier. Über die oder andere Spinnweben lässt sich dagegen hinwegsehen. Eine sehr gut gelegene nette Unterkunft.

Die kleine Wohnung samt Sauna ist optimal für den Aufenthalt mit 1-2 Personen. Die Terrasse blickgeschützt, insgesamt durch Einbahnstraße verkehrsberuhigte LageInnenausstattung sehr geschmackvoll, Ausstattung der Küche reichhaltig ( ein Handschneebesen würde das Ganze komplettieren ); hilfreich wäre in der jetzt beginnenden dunklen Jahreszeit ein Bewegungsmelder für die Außenbeleuchtung, um den Haustürschlüssel leichter platzieren zu können

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Top gepflegt. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Zentral gelegen. Edeka und Netto fußläufig. Super toller Strand, niedlicher ruhiger Ort. Toll zum spazieren gehen, entspannen und genießen.

Super Urlaub

Wir waren 12 Tage in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Fern ab von Straßen gelegen, eine himmlische Ruhe. Mein Mann hatte nur mit der Matratze ein Problem (zu durchgelegen). Wir fuhren mit 10 Schollen, 1 Dorsch und einer Aalquappe nach Hause (selbst geangelt). Wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Objekt liegt optimal alles fussläufig erreichbar, ruhige Lage. Die Größe der FeWo ist gut, wer es mag mit Sauna, bestimmt im Winter von Vorteil nach einem langen Strandlauf. Alle Räume sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Oberflächlich ist alles in Ordnung, es gibt kleine Ecken, wo wieder mal gründlicher gereinigt werden sollte und kleine Schrammen in Stand gesetzt werden müssten. Aber wir waren dennoch zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Wohnung mit viel Potenzial

Die Lage der Wohnung sowie die Raumaufteilung ist wirklich sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Der Strand sowie der Haffplatz sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Aber: Es müssten einige Kleinigkeiten repariert bzw. ausgetauscht werden. Bevor die nächsten Gäste kommen, solltet die Wohnung gründlich gereinigt werden - besonders die zahlreichen Spinnweben müssten unbedingt entfernt werden.

Super schöner Aufenthalt in toller Lage

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben jeden Morgen dort gefrühstückt. Die Betten waren bequem, ebenso das Schlafsofa. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral . und trotzdem ruhig.

Schönes Objekt(Zwei -Zimmer-Ferienwohnung) mit integrierter Sauna.Gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man für die Ferienzeit benötigt.Küche mit Sitz-Ecke zum offenen Wohn-Bereich und kleiner Terrasse.Schlafraum für zwei Personen,Es besteht die Aufbettung auf 4 Personen im Wohnbereich/Schlafcouch. Ruhige Lage,etwas abseits der Straße mit Nähe zum Strand,ca 200 Meter.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokal sind in der Nähe.Zur Wohnung gehört ein ausgewiesener Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Alles hat gepasst. Fewo für 2 Personen ideal.

Gute Ausstattung. Die kleine Terrasse für Frühstück und auch Abends sehr genossen. Einmal die Sauna genutzt, wunderbar. Die Lage zum Strand und auch der Strand selber haben uns gut gefallen. Bäcker in der Nähe, Supermarkt auch.
