The light-flooded 2-room apartment with 70sqm on the ground floor impresses with the glazed floor-to-ceiling window, similar to a winter garden, which leads from the living room to the terrace with a lake view.
The apartment is fully equipped with high quality materials and many lovely details for max. 4 people: a complete bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, a complete kitchen, kitchen bar and bathroom.

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe ausgestattet und hat eine ideale Lage. Sauna und Schwimmbad sind gepflegt und laden zur Nutzung ein. Der freundliche Empfang hat den Aufenthalt noch abgerundet.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, helle Wohnung mit direktem Blick auf den Schluchsee und die B500. Gastronomie und Läden in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Leichte Abzüge hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit der Küche.

Ohne das Empfinden des Gastes in Abrede stellen zu wollen, sollte doch angemerkt werden, dass es sich bei der Kritik nicht um die allgemeine Sauberkeit in der Küche handelt, sondern lediglich beim Mikrowellenteller noch ein kleiner Milchrest nachzuweisen war, was natürlich nicht sein darf, aber einer ansonsten blitzsauberen Wohnung auch nicht zu schwer angelastet werden sollte. Die Gastgeberin entschuldigte sich bereits in aller Form für das Übersehen. Es war das erste Mal in 5 Jahren Fewo-Vermietung…..

Traumurlaub

Ich war jetzt schon das zweite Mal in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und immer sehr bemüht, dass der Aufenthalt schön ist. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen! Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. (und noch mehr) Man merkt, dass die Familie Mutzke die Wohnung auch selbst nutzt. Ein Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool kann kostenlos mitgenutzt werden, eine Sauna ist auch vorhanden (Sauna habe ich nicht genutzt). Die Lage ist eh ein Traum, 5 Minuten Fussweg zum See, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde sicher wieder kommen! Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir wurden von den Gastgebern freundlich begrüßt und haben uns in der Wohnung gleich sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Essbereich ist durch die großzügige Verglasung mit Blick zum Schluchsee sehr hell. Gerne haben wir am Morgen vor dem Wandern ein paar Runden in dem vorhandenen Pool gedreht. Die Wohnung liegt nahe zum See und zu der vielfältig angebotenen Gastronomie. Gerne würden wir unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Schluchsee wieder in dieser Wohnung verbringen wollen.

Urlaub mit Hunden

Wir hatten schöne Tage am Schluchsee verbracht. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und aufgeteilt, liegt so, dass alles fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Es gab viele Tipps von den Vermietern. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein. Es waren ausreichend Bademäntel, Handtücher vorhanden und die Schlüsselübergabe und die Kommunikation klappten problemlos. Das Objekt ist mit und ohne Hund sehr empfehlenswert.

Wandern und baden

Wir haben viele Wanderungen am Vormittag unternommen und nachmittags den See genossen, SUP und schwimmen . Mit der Gästekarte konnten wir alle ÖVM benutzen. Gastronomie in Schluchsee, ging nur über Verbestellung,da es an Personal fehlte. Es war insgesamt ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub in einer schönen Wohnung.

Erholsame Tage am Schluchsee

Bei Ankunft wurden wir von unseren Vermietern sehr freundlich empfangen! Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche war ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Schluchsee ist eine sehr schöne Gemeinde mit vielen Möglichkeiten für den Start von Ausflügen und Essen zu gehen. Man kann die Umgebung zu Fuss, (sehr viele Wanderwege) mit dem Fahrrad oder mit der Bahn erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlicher Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung ist wirklich mindestens so schön und beeindruckend wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Sie ist sehr luxuriös möbliert, die Küche voll ausgestattet und im Schlafzimmer steht ein großer Kleiderschrank. Von der Terrasse aus und auch von Esstisch aus kann man direkt auf den Schluchsee schauen. Die Gastgeberin ist wirklich super nett, hilfsbereit, rund um die Uhr erreichbar und auch sehr tierlieb. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und kann jedem diese schöne Unterkunft nur wärmstens ans Herz legen.

Hier ist alles vorhanden, was man sich in einer Ferienwohnung wünschen kann - und mehr. Sehr herzliche Vermieter! Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet in einer herrlichen Lage mit Blick auf den Schluchsee. Ein großer Indoor Pool und eine Sauna machen diese Wohnung perfekt für einen Urlaub!

Fijn verblijf!

We hebben het appartement voor één week gehuurd, en vonden het super! Van alle gemakken voorzien en dicht bij het meer. We konden gebruik maken van het zwembad en van de schwarzwald kaarten! Het appartement was schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Prettige communicatie met de verhuurster. Zeker aan te raden voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der persönliche Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr angenehm. Das Schwimmbad im Haus war eine tolle Bereicherung des Urlaubes.

One of the best we have stayed

I really cannot say enough about this apartment. The location was only about 100 meters from the lake, 200 Meters from town and a short drive to loads of attractions in the Black Forest. In terms of cleanliness, you could eat off the floors - and the bed linens and towels were equally fresh and clean. The apartment itself is furnished with taste and there was everything we could want - WIFI, pool in house, sauna, they provided bathrobes, more than enough towels and a washing machine. This apartment also addressed one of the biggest pet peeves I have about holiday rentals - when you literally have to buy EVERY LITTLE THING like salt, hand soap, laundry detergent, foil and end up either leaving most of it there of hauling it all home. This apartment had all the basics and more from cooking oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, laundry detergent, et al., even emergency flour and milk! The appliances were modern and it even had baking sheets so one didn’t have to run out to buy a whole roll of baking sheets just to use once or twice. And then there are these cards that get you all sorts of advantages and discounts to local attractions. I can literally go on and on and on but I must say when we met the owners, then we realized why the apartment was so nice. They were both very attentive and nice and available to address any little hiccup that happened. Thinking really hard about anything we did not like, I really cannot think of anything except that the parking space was small for our big SUV or that I didn’t know how to use the stove. Not much of a complaint I suppose. We really had a wonderful vacation with lovely owners in their great apartment. Thank you!!!
