This charming cottage near Lepoglav is surrounded by a spacious green property and offers its guests a sense of tranquility away from the busy city life. At the end of the property there is a small pond where you can fish one of the three species of fish (carp, amur and tolstolobik) bred in it by arrangement with the owner. The wooden house consists of a living room-kitchen and bathroom on the first floor, while in the attic there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a passage room and the minimum ceiling height of the roof slopes is about 10 cm. Enjoy socializing on the covered terrace overlooking the surrounding greenery. Next to the house you can enjoy a pool, treated with electrolysis in an environmentally friendly way, and in the orchard you can taste the fruits of the season.
