Above Gadaunern, on the southern slope between Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein, is the Haus Freiraum Gastein with 3 spacious apartments with a wonderful panoramic view of the valley. All apartments have south and west balconies.
The house is about 100 m above the valley floor. The street is cleared up to the house by the community in winter. The nearest restaurant is 600 m away, supermarkets are 2.5 km away and the Schlossalm ski area is 3.5 km away. There are large free parking spaces at the Schlossalm lift.
The house is located above the Gastein swimming lake, which can be reached in 20 minutes on foot.

Ansich eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Traumlage. Ausstattung ok.Aber die Sauberkeit ist wirklich mehr als verbesserungswürdig. Als wir ankamen, war die Wohnung nicht gereinigt. Nach Anruf bei der Agentur wurde dies schnell erledigt.Aber nur oberflächlich.Die Parkplätze sind etwas eng und es bedarf Absprache mit den anderen Mietern, gerade dann wenn diese evtl mit mehr als einem Auto anreisen. Wir hatten dennoch eine schöne Zeit und tolle Skitage.

Wunderschöner Ausblick auf das Tal und die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Küchenausstattung war gut. Uns fehlte eine Mikrowelle. Das Geschirr, insbesondere der Backofen waren nicht gereinigt. Die Zimmer waren schön und gut ausgestattet, leider auch nicht ganz sauber. Gastgeber war freundlich und hat auf Anfragen kurzfristig reagiert. Die zuständige Agentur vor Ort war schwer zu erreichen, sodass wir uns an den Gastgeber wenden mussten. Für Wanderungen und Radtouren ist die Wohnung ideal.

Sauberkeit läßt zu wünschen übrig. Spinnenweben überall und Assel-Befall, feuchtes Bad.Parkplatz "nur" für klein PKW geeignet.Auf anruf zwecks Heizung gab es keine Rückmeldung.Ansonsten Aussicht wunderbar vom Balkon.

Alles in allem war es wieder gut. In diesem Jahr war allerdings eine tägliche Staubsauger Aktion nötig, um die lästigen Kellerasseln los zu werden. Kein Toilettenpapier und kein Trockentuch für die Küche vorhanden.Aber ansonsten wirklich gut ausgestattet und toll gelegen. Bei 14 Tagen Aufenthalt hätten wir uns allerdings ein zweites Duschhandtuch gewünscht.

Erwartungen prima erfüllt

Die Ausstattung war wie erwartet, es gab keine unangenehmen Überraschungen. Pluspunkte sind neben der geschickten Lage: die wunderbare Aussicht vom Balkon aus auf die umliegenden Berge und dass die Wohnung selbst im Hochsommer angenehm kühl bleiben kann (ohne dass man frieren muss).

Tolle Weisung, super Lage, schöner Blick, aber.....

Der Check-In ist etwas komplizierter, da man erst etwas hin und her fahren muss, um den Schlüssel zu bekommen. Die Wohnung selber liegt im zweiten Untergeschoss am Hang gebaut. Da ist es normal, wenn kleine Kellerasseln sich in die Wohnung verirren. Die Spinnen in den Ecken hätte der Putzdienst aber auch weg machen können. Für 10 Tage Aufenthalt hätten wir uns zwei Garnituren Handtücher gewünscht. Was richtig ärgerlich war: in der Küche gab es weder Spülmittel, noch Spülmaschinentabs, noch Küchenhandtücher, weder einen Schwamm noch einen Lappen, noch Mülltüten. Auch Klopapier war nur eine angebrochene Rolle da. Da mussten wir erst mehrmals mit der Agentur und dem Vermieter Kontakt aufnehmen. Im Schlafzimmer fanden wir ein kaputtes Fenster, das nicht zu schließen war, vor. Da hat der Vermieter aber schnell, kompetent und nett reagiert. Wichtig: unbedingt den Pre-Check-In ausfüllen und abschicken, dann liegen auch die Gastein-Cards vor. Der beworbene Badesee im Tal ist leider dauerhaft geschlossen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich für zwei Menschen schön groß. Es gibt zwar noch ein Klapp-Gästebett im Wohnzimmer, aber das Bad ist nur vom Schlafzimmer aus zu erreichen. Daher eher für zwei Personen geeignet. Die Lage ist absolut genial. Leicht am Hang, mit einem tollen Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Hier kann der Tag auf dem Balkon beginnen und am Abend ausklingen. Das Doppelbett ist sehr bequem. Für die Kleidung auch genug Platz vorhanden.

Hätte für den Preis wenigstens eine ordentliche Leistung erwartet. Es war nicht ausreichend sauber, Spülmaschine nicht aufgeräumt. Es. fehlt an Trockentücher,sowieso Spülmittel und Toilettenpapier. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahren gekommen und mit wenig Interesse an den Gästen hergerichtet. Dafür waren die Matratzen super, sowie die Lage

Urlaub Bad Hofgastein

Die Wohnung ist schön und riesig. Alles schön hell. Sehr angenehm. Die Küche hat alles wad man braucht und dad Bad ist sehr geräumig. Die Lage ist toll. Allerdings!!! Die Parkmöglichkeit ist sehr beengt. Die Übergabe der Wohnung lief alles andere als gut, Schlüssel waren verkehrt und die falsche Wohnung geputzt, aber nicht die Schuld vom Putzteam, sondern vom Büro. Das Putzteam war klasse!!! Alles sehr sauber. Ansonsten ein schöner Urlaub

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht und gut ausgestattet. Leider gab es in der Wohnung aber sehr viele Kellerasseln, weshalb wir keine 5 Sterne vergeben können. Außerdem wurde von der Agentur nicht, wie vom Vermieter angegeben, Müllbeutel und 2 Rollen Klopapier in der Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt. Wenn man das vorher weiß ist das aber kein Problem.

Eine Super Woche im weißen Gold
