Welcome to 910 Ocean Boulevard! This oceanfront oasis has something for the entire family. Choose your favorite spot from multiple oceanfront decks, poolside, lounging in the hot tub, or cooking and chatting at the outdoor kitchen and Tiki bar. Easily have your toes in the sand via your private, direct beach access. Walk to shops and restaurants and enjoy local entertainment.
Gather together indoors with seating in the living room for everyone to watch your favorite shows after a long day at the beach. Cook family meals in the fully stocked kitchen while enjoying ocean views and extra company with the bar seating. Relax and enjoy the sunroom with room to play games with the kids. A sleeper sofa is also included in the sunroom.
All bedrooms are on the second floor except for one on the first floor that sleeps 4 with 2 queen beds and a full bath. The first floor bedroom has access to the ocean front open porch. The second floor offers 2 separate bedrooms with queen beds that share a jack and jill bathroom. There is a another king bedroom with a private bath. The Master Bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with a large sitting area with a full size pull out sofa, a private master suite bath and access to the 2nd floor balcony. Every bed is made up with high quality, fresh linens and towels.
The garage is large and features an outdoor shower area and a half bath.

All reservations (3-21 nights) will receive credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Life. Additional amenities include free wifi, free parking for up to 5 vehicles, gas grill, full-size washing machine and dryer, keyless entry, and 24-hour maintenance emergency on-call staff.
NOTE: Home is non-smoking and non pet-friendly. Fireplace is not for guest use. No events allowed & number of guests can not exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. MUST be 25 years old or older to rent.
PETS: Pets are considered, but MUST be approved by rental company with a $500 non-refundable pet fee paid. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. Any unapproved/ additional pets are subject to a fine.
GOLF CART: A 6-seater golf cart is available for rent at this property, provided by Lightning Bugz.

Wonderful home and the pool was a definite plus. Plenty of room for all of our family. Suggestion - make sure they will clean the pool if storms come in as the debris will fall quite profusely.
Loved this IOP property for the location. My only four star rating is because I would appreciate stocking the house with basic needs like dishwasher detergent and pantry staples. What I love most about Vrbo homes is when it feels like a home away from away and not a motel with basic travel size toiletries.
Love this area in Charleston and this beach home was perfect for our group of family sailboat racers here for Charleston Rave Week. House was clean, spacious, lovely view and handled our group easily. Kitchen well equipped for larger groups (maybe could use more silverware). Two ovens were perfect. Only comment is to be aware the house is close to bars and restaurants (walkable) but there is live music on the beach side of said restaurants on weekends. Great for party atmosphere. Not so great for early to bed guests. Overall, loved the house. We will be back!
First off - the very positive aspects: 1) LOCATION - close to everything on Isle of Palms -and 25 min into heart of Charleston for day trips; 2) Excellent layout in house for large groups to be together, or sneak away and grab a nap or book; 3) amazing outdoor pool and kitchen area, and private access to beach; 4) INCREDIBLY responsive management company.
We had a couple challenges during our stay (issues with master bath water closet /malfunctioning dryer) that keep me from giving this 5 stars - but these were sufficiently and QUICKLY addressed by management company.
Overall - I think the owners need to consider some near term improvements to interior areas (subflooring /bathroom remodels) - but the house is the nicest on the block, priced within area market rates, has an amazing general location and outdoor spaces, has updated bedding (newer than shown in pics), and all the kitchenware and appliances required to support a large group.
We had a great stay, and I would definitely rent this house again!

The home was fine in terms of accommodating our family however, there is a real opportunity to invest in improved preventive maintenance and general upgrades compared to other neighboring homes. We experienced an ant infestation around the pool, doors falling off the hinges and bed frames in disrepair. The most inconvenient issue was having to move to another home on day two due to complete HVAC failure. After moving to the second home, we learned the following day that we would need to relocate once again due to the second home being rented to another party the following day. The rental agency, primarily Jakob and Gus were very helpful however, it was a significant inconvenience to say the least.
