The stylishly furnished 2-room apartment on the ground floor with generous, furnished south-facing terrace offers high comfort. The fully equipped kitchenette has a ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. A bedroom with double bed (180x200). Bright shower room / WC with bidet. Shared washing machine and dryer, bicycle storage, parking space. NO SMOKING. Barbecuing with charcoal and open fire is not allowed because of the fire hazard.
