Good but not great, worth the price but ..,

The location is good. Easy to get where ever you need to go. The pool area is nice, with plenty of places to relax. The room is older, the bed was comfortable. There are 2 folding chairs that served as a luggage rack and one office rolling chair. We had to reach out to the host for the WiFi information, not included with the checkin text. Bring your own Roku or fire stick, there is a TV but no cable service. The kitchen has limited utensils that you can make it work. The bathroom needs work. A previous review addressed an issue with the toilet, the tub is slow to drain and a new shower curtain is needed.

Was a good value

The area isn't very upscale, but the pool, jacuzzi area inside was great. For the price I think it was a good value. The room was fine. The shower was a bit tricky as to how to make the hot water turn on. The property manager should replace the shower knob. My wife said that while she was hanging out at the pool a younger girl was smoking pot on an upper balcony. Regardless, there were families around enjoying the pool, though two biker dudes were there, and one got somewhat sloppy drunk and was asking this old lady in the jacuzzi to go to Vegas with them. Too funny now thinking about it, but he was getting quite obnoxious. Leave grandmas alone!
