This 3 bedroom house is a great location for Ole Miss game weekends or visiting your favorite college student! This is a single-family, detached house with a 2-car garage and private driveway.
Sleeps up to 8 with a queen in bedroom 1, a queen in bedroom 2, a double in bedroom 3, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Features a full kitchen with breakfast bar and table that seats 4.
Bedroom 1 has an en suite bathroom with stall shower and jetted tub. Bedroom 2 and 3 have access to a hall bathroom with tub/shower combo.
House includes gas stove, full refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. All linens and basic kitchen supplies are supplied as well as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, detergent, etc.
Small, fenced backyard features a covered patio with patio furniture. Located in a quiet neighborhood only ten minutes from the University of Mississippi campus and the historic Oxford Square.
