- Our home is professionally cleaned after each stay.

- There are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a full/double bed.

- There is a swing on the front porch.

- The property has one security camera on the front door (Ringdoor Bell). It will be on during your stay.

- Brand New Washer and Dryer.

Guests access:
- The whole house is available for your use, except for a lock-off 2-car garage and a lock-off unfinished basement which are not available for use.
- Guests will access the house using the smart lock. Code will be provided after booking.

Child Safety:
Please note the space is NOT guaranteed to be baby-proof or childproof. Please inspect the space when you first arrive and move any breakable items or choking hazards out of your child's reach. It is your and/or all the guest's responsibility to watch your children at all times.

Accidents happen. If you or your guests break anything, it is your responsibility to notify us so that we can replace it. If you notify us, we do not hold it against you in your review. We can easily arrange compensation or replacement through VRBO App.

It was a great place it could use a little more amenities to make it a little more cozy & Homey. I was sick so I was in the house the whole trip. Pillows could of been better and extra blankets and sheets would of been nice too. Overall it was comfortable & convenient 😊

Rock show stay

We stayed at this home to attend the Denver Gem and Mineral shows. It’s a nice and clean home. We stayed with a few children and I liked that there wasn’t much in the house that they could break. If I can provide advice for the owner it is to leave some full caff coffee and spices.
