The downstairs has 2 entrances (shared front entrance and private side entrance) with an eat in kitchen and living room that looks out over a private back patio and (semi-private) yard. There is a half bathroom downstairs and plenty of closet space.
Upstairs boasts two bedrooms, each with queen size beds and multiple closets - as well as a full bathroom and brand new washer dryer.
