Ski season is upon us!! Ski, hike, snowshoe, bike or soak in the Hot Springs then come home to our relaxing sanctuary complete with backyard fire table and outdoor heater. Or enjoy our spacious great room with fireplace, cozy rec room with games and widescreen TV, laundry room, and a heated 2 car garage. For remote work, we provide a desk with 450+ WiFi. The garage space includes convenient storage for your outdoor gear and can accommodate electric vehicle charging! Driveway has plenty of room for toy haulers or camper trailers too.
Centrally located in the Roaring Fork Valley, less than an hour from exclusive ski destinations of Aspen, Snowmass, Beaver Creek and Vail! Only 20 minutes from our local ski area Sunlight Mountain. Our family has been in the Roaring Fork valley for generations, and we are excited to share it with you! Mary's husband Dave grew up in the original home on this property, which was built with lumber from his grandfather's sawmill on the Flat Top mountains north of Glenwood Springs.
Why they chose this property
We wanted to provide an ideal vacation home where families and friends can come together. Being local to the area, this property allows us to share access to all of the attractions that make Glenwood Springs the perfect mountain getaway! Raft, hike, bike, or ski by day, and explore Glenwood's lively restaurant scene by night, all easily accessible from this location.
