Country Music Hall Of Fame, Tootsies, Ryman. FREE secure parking one spot , FREE WiFi . Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located condo.

We are located on the Riverfront in downtown Nashville in an area called Germantown .. It has chic restaurants in restored Victorian buildings and cafes along brick sidewalks, Germantown exudes period charm .
Former warehouse contain elegant boutiques selling high- end shoes and clothing, while Nashvilles Farmers Market has eclectic global eateries as well as vendors offering seasonal produce.
Nearby the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park features Skyline views and monuments to Tennessee History.

The building is secure with access through our door system Latch with I will give you access to prior to your check in date it is an app with your email . If you do not have a smart phone I can generate you a code to do manually .

We have 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths
1 bedroom is a king with en-suite bath
2 bedroom is 2 full beds
3 bedroom is a king full bath just outside the door
1/2 bath is in the hall
We have 1 secure parking spot in the gated garage , fully stocked kitchen with coffee water and a local Nashville treat

We are in urban downtown Nashville , .5 miles from Broadway you can Uber Lyft , Hop on Hop Off Trolly , Scooter , Taxi or walk to most anything !

We are in an urban area close to the train and the sites and sounds of the city around us , so those noises will be heard during your stay !

We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables outside of this building such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening outside at the time of your trip. This is a multifamily complex whose ownership controls the amenities/common areas and exterior/shared interior spaces.

The hosts ensured we were able to access the condo in a timely manner and responded promptly to our needs. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The location was in close proximity to Broadway and Germantown. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent Property and Host

We had an amazing time in Nashville this weekend. Location of the condo is a short walk or scooter ride from Broadway, but Uber/Lyft are also very easy and inexpensive. Building was secure and quiet! Host really puts thought into preparing the space with amenities that are useful! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

This condo was excellent. It was clean and comfortable. The beds were as comfortable as home! We cooked several meals there as well and had everything that we needed. The location couldn't be beat. It was close to everything. We walked to Broadway a few times and also opted for Uber. Either way, you are close to the action! WE would definitely recommend this property to other travelers!

Great place to stay and enjoy the Downtown Nashville area

The Condos were clean, roomy with nice views of the Cumberland River. Easy walk along the river to Broadway Street. The host's communication was great and made it easy to check in and check out. Thanks for a great place to stay! We would stay there again.

Music City Getaway

Very nice property that was able to accommodate six of us very comfortably. Modern kitchen and living room, and clean bathrooms and bedroooms. Short walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. We were all very happy with the property, and hope to get back to Nashville again.

Great place

This condo is great the space is great and it’s perfect to walk to Nissan stadium but not the best area at night . Lots of homeless people around and nothing really near here . Once the area is built up will be better when roads aren’t blocked … the train is beside the condo so be aware …. Not too bad but will wake you up in the morning .

Great time in Nashville with another couple. Road construction made ride share a little tricky. But space was clean , plenty of room to spread out.

Spacious, clean, and modern

Wow, great unit. Very big! Three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths made this perfect for our family of adults. Large kitchen and lots of seating. 4 stars is because the area that it’s in is a little “up and coming”. I am sure this area will continue to get more populated, but it is a little iffy if you’d walk to Broadway from here. The building is VERY safe and secure. The white noise machines in the bedrooms worked well to mask the trains at night.

So roomy and cozy

Boutique Condo was amazing!!! This was our first time to Nashville and it did not disappoint. The condo was so spacious and very clean. Fully stocked up with all the necessities and more. We loved the decor and especially the coffee bar. This condo is a must if you are wanting to be close to Broadway and all the fun Nashville has to offer. The owners are amazing and the hospitality was top notch! We hope to go back real soon.
