Southern Charm 1 - 5 minutes to downtown Laurel.

Southern Charm is on a quiet and cute street just minutes from downtown Laurel. The house has two bedrooms, each with a king bed. There is one full bath and also a good size half bath.
The house is tastefully decorated with lots of color and antiques. All furniture (including mattresses) are brand new as of August, 2022. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you could possibly need for baking or making a family meal. The's a 55" TV, dining table for 4, and a big kitchen with keurig and cuisinart coffee makers, crockpot, nice set of pots and pans, knife set, and so much more.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included. All towels and linens are new.
You'll enjoy walking down the street with the cute southern homes closely.

Comfortable seating & king beds! Wonderful kitchen! They even left us some coffee creamer in fridge! Easy to find and get to everything down town! Gave us great suggestions for sight seeing and restaurants! Will definitely try to stay here or at least with this host again!

Southern charm was such a welcoming home. It lives up to its name in every sense. The location is fantastic. This Home has everything you need. We really appreciated the personalized welcome sign. Beverly is wonderful to work with. Such an adorable, well appointed house! Everything you could possibly need is provided. The sheets are so very soft and the bed super comfy! House is wonderfully clean. I love the big gas range! My only regret is that we didn't get to meet Beverly in person and enjoy the wonderful cookies all the previous guests rave about. Mother-Daughter getaway

The cottage was lovely. The beds were very comfortable. The owner made us delicious oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. She gave us lists of places to see and restaurants to try.
