Private: property 420 m2 (fenced) with lawn, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 1.5 km, grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach 350 m, outdoor swimming pool 18 km, indoor swimming pool 18 km, bathing lake 18 km. Minigolf 6.5 km, riding stable 7.5 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Please note: car recommended. Fishing [permit required] (extra). Bungalow in wood construction. The wide fine-grained Baltic Sea sandy beach can be reached through a path leading directly in front of the house.
3-room bungalow 45 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room 12 m2 with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), CD-player. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). 1 small children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. 2 terraces, south facing position and north facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: sauna, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The sauna with relaxation room and two additional beds (tandem bed, 2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) is located in an annex(separate entrance).

Leider nicht sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren jetzt zum 6 mal auf Poel und das erste mal nicht tu frieden. Dieses Haus würden wir nicht wieder buchen. Türen gingen nicht richtig auf, im Kinderzimmer wurde das Putzzeug (Reiniger) gelagert, wenig Stauraum, lockere Steine an der Treppe der Terassentür, Gartenmöbel defekt bzw sehr wackelig, Fliegengitter defekt, Sauna nicht nutzbar.

Für uns war die Unterkunft völlig ausreichend.(2 Erwachsene, 1 Hund). Mit Kindern wäre es uns zu klein, vor Allem bei schlechtem Wetter. Die Strandnähe ist super. Der einzige Minuspunkt: Im Garten hätten wir uns eine kleine überdachte Sitzecke gewünscht, dann könnte man auch bei Regen Seeluft schnuppern. Ich kann nur für uns sprechen, wir kommen gerne wieder. Ansonsten gilt, wer was zu meckern sucht, findet immer was!!!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Für alle, die die Ruhe suchen in Strandnähe mit schönen Wanderwegen, ist dieses FH ideal. Ganz besonders für Hundebesitzer ideal, weil der Garten eingezäunt ist. Im FH gibt es alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten nichts zu meckern.

Fehlende Infos

Bei unserer Anreise mussten wir feststellen, dass uns wichtige Infos ( Mega- Baustelle genau vor der Eingangstür) vorenthalten wurde!!! Jeden Morgen von einer Rüttelplatte geweckt werden ist nicht lustig!!! vom Grundstückseingang zur Straße war ein Höhenunterschied von mindestens 50-80 cm. Am Tage zu überwinden war schon eine Herausforderung (vor allem bei der An-bzw. Abreise- beim Gebäck ein und ausladen und wir reden nicht von dem 100m Fußweg ) !!! aber Nachts ohne Licht Halsbrecherisch!!

Abgewohnte Unterkunft mit großzügigem Garten

Unterkunft mit schönem Garten für Kinder, leider mussten Spinnweben inklusive Spinnen erstmal aus dem Bungalow entfernt werden (Endreinigung?) der kurze Weg zum Strand wiegt den allgemein abgewohnten Zustand des Objektes nicht auf, teilweise nicht funktionierende Geräte wie CD-Spieler, Duscharmatur schwierig zu bedienen, Insektenschutz am Fenster teilweise defekt, Baustelle vor dem Objekt - fehlender Hinweis vom Vermieter Fazit - Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht

Schönes Haus auf der Insel Poel .

Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden, es war leider etwas abgewohnt, aber die Nähe zum Stand und die Sauna waren super. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht und uns super erholt. Das Haus ist sehr für Hundebesitzer zu empfehlen, da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist.

Nicht zu empfehlen in diesem Zustand

Die Unterkunft war sehr mangelhaft gereinigt, überall hingen Spinnweben in den Ecken und Staubmäuse. Die angebrachten Fliegenfenster waren Defekt und nicht überall. Zum teil waren Möbelstücke beschädigt und auch sehr verschmutzt. Die Vorhänge und Jalousien teilweise beschädigt und nicht nutzbar. Der Gesamteindruck lies zu wünschen übrig, und stand absolut nicht im Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis.

Sehr schmutzig

Das Haus liegt zwar nah am Meer, das ist auch schön,doch geputzt hat da lange keiner,das Inventar teilweise kaputt und schmutzig. Der Rasen war nicht gemäht,er war sehr hoch,dieses wurde später gemacht. Wir waren schon oft auf Poel,aber das hatten wir noch nie. Trotzdem hatten wir nachdem ich erstmal geputzt habe,eine schöne Woche.
