3 Peaks Mountain View Getaway w/Hot Tub!

This NEW home has spectacular views of the mountains on one side and Three Peaks on the other. Enjoy some of the most STUNNING sunrise/sunsets around right from the yard!

Soak in the hot tub after a long day, roast marshmallows in the outdoor firepit, watch the sunset, and even get in some great stargazing right from the private back yard!

Only 5 minutes to Three Peaks State Park, 45 minutes to Brian Head Resort, 1 hour 10 minutes to Zion National Park, and close to many more local attractions!

The property is 1.25 acres fully enclosed with a 6-8ft block wall and custom steel gates for maximum privacy! Your kids and furry friends will have tons of secure space to roam and play safely.

The back yard is HUGE with a nice lawn and is a great place to hang out and watch incredible sunsets, star gaze, grill, or even have a campfire in the fire pit. You even have the opportunity to collect your own farm fresh eggs in the morning from our chickens in the back yard if you’d like! (They are contained and happily living in their coop out of your way)

The interior of the home boasts a large open concept kitchen and living room with tall ceilings giving the home a spacious feel. The rustic modern decor was thoughtfully chosen to give mountain adventure vibes and is very bright, clean and inviting!

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals and a dishwasher to clean up afterwards!

The main bathroom is tastefully designed with beautiful marble tile throughout with a double vanity paired with granite countertops and tons of counter space. The main highlights are the walk-in tile shower and huge soaker tub that offer the perfect relaxing end to your day!

The property was in a good location to stay for Granddaughters graduation. Hot tub was nice to relax in. Nice mountain views and beautiful sunsets. Easy check in. Easy to communicate with host. Nice to have laundry room available. Kitchen had great coffee bar.

We ran into a pretty unique scenario where the power was out the first night for wildfire prevention. The hosts were really helpful and quick to communicate which was so appreciated. Sunsets from the hot tub are a must! The house is well maintained and spacious. I do recommend bringing some extra blankets just in case, but everything was great.

Beautiful home and has potential but needs some serious attention. There are no closets to hang your clothes. Some bedrooms have no dresser to put clothes. No TV's in any bedrooms. The living room has a coffee table but no side tables and no lamps. The small bathroom, the shower curtain was unsanitary, we took down washed the curtain and replaced the liner. Some of the towels were stained and looked dirty, not enough hand towels for five people. Ice maker doesn't work. Grill outside not clean. Dishes were chipped badly, not enough silverware for five, skillets nasty and unusable, dirty pans that we had to wash everything before use. Microwave was dirty. While Utah does not require the hot tub to be drained after each stay, it was dirty, yes dirt from winds let some dirt in, but it was way beyond that and grimy, we did not use. There was no broom to sweep with so we used the vacuum. Ants came in through the kitchen door and we had to vacuum them up each day. We notified owner for several issues and after providing pictures, they did send additional silverware, cutting boards, dishes, and pans. The entryway needs to be cleaned and sweeped, hot tub cover and area out back need to be washed down. In our opinion what we paid for a premiere rental, this home did not meet those standards.

This is home is beautiful! The beds are comfy, showers are great, well stocked kitchen, easy to open front door & lock, spacious rooms, and safe, private location. Didn’t end up using the hot tub but I’m sure it’s great. Would definitely recommend to others!

We are a couple who loves adventure and travel frequently to find it! We open our home seasonally to guests while we are out in the mountains so others can enjoy it while we’re away.

Why they chose this property

We both love southern Utah and all it has to offer! After house hunting for years looking for the perfect house in the perfect place, we finally found this amazing home brand new and knew we had to have it right away. We didn’t want to live right in the city, but wanted to be close enough to still have access to everything in it without a long drive. Cedar City is close to both of our families and friends and has really great people and attractions! We’re excited to share our home with you and let you experience a little slice of our lives there!

What makes this property unique

This is a 1.25 acre property with a HUGE fully blocked in back yard! We wanted plenty of space for our 3 dogs to safely roam and to create a fun outdoor place to hang out and enjoy the incredible sunsets.
