Welcome to Harrison`s House! This beautiful, 3-br, tri-level home in Hoquiam, WA was newly built in 2021.
* Complimentary Netflix on all TVs
* Quiet neighborhood

* High speed WIFI on all 3 floors.
* Full kitchen and laundry. 2 flights of stairs inside.
* Close to Ocean Shores, Westport, Long Beach, Kurt Cobain Memorial and The Goonies House
The space
This recently built house is in the middle of Hoquiam, in a quiet neighborhood. Ocean Shores, Westport and Long Beach are a quick drive away.
Lots of shopping opportunities nearby, from Farmers Market, antique stores and restaurants.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property, including the partially fenced backyard.

Bedroom Information:
*King bed in the Master Bedroom.
*Extra blankets and portable fans are available in each bedroom closet.
*Each bed has a premium Nectar memory foam, medium firm mattress.

TV Information:
*3 Bedrooms: 32` Smart TV
*Living Room: 55` Smart TV

TVs are all equipped with Roku, featuring complimentary Netflix. You may enjoy the free streaming options available, or you are welcome to bring your own login information for paid streaming programming, such as Amazon Prime, Hulu and Disney+. Just enter your account details and sign out before you leave.


A gas grill is available for your use on the upper deck. Instructions for use is on the BBQ. We provide one complimentary tank of propane.

The grill/outdoor seating are covered for winter. If used, place the cover/s under the outdoor table.

No open flames, non-LED candles (NO traditional candles of any kind), glitter or confetti

No food or drinks allowed on table games/arcade machines.

Please no eating in the bedrooms.

No pets/ESA of any kind are permitted on the property. Please contact us beforehand if you have a service animal. $250 fine will apply for violations, and the reservation will be canceled, with no refunds.

No events, parties or excessive noise. Immediate eviction and NO
REFUND (regardless of time of day or circumstance).

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.

No unregistered guests or visitors. No overnight visitors. This does include adults and children. Maximum overnight capacity is 6. Unauthorized guests will be subject to a fine of $250 each and/or asked to leave.

No tampering with the security cameras, owner`s closet/utility closet, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, or WIFI routers. A fine of $500 will be charged for violations, and reservation will be canceled with no refunds.

Please use the black towels/old towels to clean messes and/or makeup.

Please no hair dying in the home.

Please dispose of any food scraps/grease in the garbage can.

Please keep outer doors closed in order to keep out insects, spiders, lizards or other wildlife from entering the home. We do not consider loss of WIFI, power outage, weather, insects or wildlife in the home as grounds for any refunds.

No third-party bookings. The person booking must be staying overnight in the home.

Guests are liable for any and all damage, including legal fees.

Guests are highly encouraged to book travel insurance when making reservations in case of any unforeseen cancellations.

Any guest staying past 10:30 am, will incur a $100 late check-out fee, and every hour thereafter.

Janice was super responsive and easy to work with for our stay! We had questions during our stay and she was on top of communications. The home was lovely, met all of our amenity needs, and was close to our family's home for convenient visits!

The house was very well stocked and user friendly. We appreciated the Christmas decorations, and the game room was very fun (although very cold). The only thing that was kind of a bummer was the 10:00 am check out. It made for a rushed last morning. Overall very happy with the stay, it was a great place to gather with family.

This must be the best house in all of Hoquiam. Huge house and a ton of room for family and friends to hang out and chill. Nothing could have made the experience any better. Next time we come back, this will be the place we stay!

Excellent Hoquiam house

Everything we were looking for on our trip, this house exceeded expectations! The game room was a hit with the kids and the accommodations were very comfortable. Looking forward to staying here next time we are in the area.

Just amazing. Central to everything you want to do around greys harbor area. Go south to Long Beach, or North to Forks. West to Ocean shores and the North beach cities, East to Aberdeen and the farming communities. I can’t say enough praises about this place. The owners are top notch people too.

Stay here and Play everywhere.

Luxury is in the details and this place has the details. All the little things that help you get settled and cozy right away. From tastefully labeled light switches, to a marvelous coffee set-up, you’ll appreciate the personal touches and warmth you feel from these owners. We loved the game room where my husband and I schooled our kids on how we did it back in the day The decor and furnishings are beautiful and serene, the kitchen fully appointed. The neighborhood is busy and there are some barking dogs, but it all seemed to settle by 10 pm. Kudos to the cleaners, this place was immaculate.

This place is awesome!!

We stayed here because it was between our family in Ilwaco. Moclips and the national park. It was very comfortable to come home to and the game room was a hit! The beds were especially amazing. Everything was as advertised and maybe a little better. Thank you so much! No notes!

We had our family Thanksgiving here and it was very accommodating. The only things we would recommend would be a least one shower handle in the shower and a walk in shower would have been nice for the older folks. The memory foam was ok in the master bedroom but not great. Suppling bars of soap would have been helpful as well. The location was perfect for our other family members to join us for dinner. Thank you for supplying a wonderful home for us to share.

Beautiful home

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Game room is a nice touch! Kitchen area is roomy with everything you could need for dishes, pots, and utensils. Very much liked having the three total bathrooms and the bedrooms are roomy. FYI for future guests: you must go up one flight of stairs for kitchen, living room, and one bathroom; all of the bedrooms are on third floor with two additional bathrooms. Owners very responsive to messages.

Great Property With Amazing Support

My company rented this property for our employees while we completed a project in the area. The house was great, plenty of room for everyone, & the game room was a hit also. Janice and her team did an amazing job with helping get this property booked, and was only a phone call away if we needed anything. Stylish and comfortable

The property was perfect for our stay. We spent our days exploring the Olympic Park and coming back after a very active day was relaxing. Beds, temperature and furnishings were comfortable. Communication with owner easy and timely. Neighborhood is a little worn and a dog barked quite a bit overnight. Used my phone as a sound machine to muffle the barking. Game room was very cold so we didn’t use it, but the game equipment looked fun.
