For shared use: table tennis, children's playground. In the complex: playroom, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 100 m, bakery 5 km, bus stop "Gollwitz" 50 m, sandy beach 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 18 km, indoor swimming pool 18 km, bathing lake 18 km. Minigolf 6.5 km, riding stable 7.5 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Please note: car recommended. The FIP holiday park consists of two three-storey apartment buildings with a courtyard.
3-room apartment 53 m2 on 3rd floor. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), CD-player. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Electric heating. Small balcony 3 m2. Balcony furniture. View of the sea. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, no lift. The apartment is on two levels with space-saving staircase to the steeply sloping attic (loft). The sleeping possibility in the nursery is a pull-out bed (tandem bed).

Möbel etwas kaputt, Staubsauger mitten im Wohnzimmer, war ausgeschrieben für 4 Personen, frage mich wo die alle da sitzen sollen……Balkon zugeschissen von den Vögeln
