Y’all the view from this cabin is WORTH IT! We had a group of 18 for a tiny micro-wedding weekend and it was such a good time. The main level felt bigger than photos. The downstairs bedrooms are all kind of clumped together, but we still had plenty of space for everyone. Having 3 refrigerators comes in handy for all the food/drinks with a big group. The host Ryan was quick to respond even before our stay. I sent him a message about some things that weren’t quite in working order and he was very receptive and thankful for the feedback. Definitely recommend!
The view of the house was everything! The wrap around porch and all the seating outdoors was where our family spent the most time. Plenty of room to spread out for 14 people. We saw a bear every day which was pretty neat. The house was very clean but there were a few things that didn’t work and needed repair -outdoor light bulbs burnt out, broken toilet paper holder, air hockey table didn’t work, and broken tips of darts. Ryan was very responsive and check in and out were easy!
Our party of 17 enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of space and beds for everyone. We visit TN every December, and this view has been our favorite view/lookout so far. The host was very attentive to our questions and needs.

Thank you for staying at our families’s cabin. We look forward to hosting you in the future!
We had a great stay! Plenty of room and amenities for our group. Had a couple of issues with the air and a minor leak, but Ryan was very easy to contact and super understanding!
Was very nice , plenty of space, great location, only problem was A/C and heat wouldn’t work on top floor, but we made it fine with some portable heaters
Family reunion, Family of 17 adults. This house was perfect for our group.we had a few bear sightings during our stay. Perfect location to explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
It was a beautiful cabin and view. But there were a few things that weren’t the best. Some lights and light switches didn’t work. One bedroom downstairs had a rag stuck in the ceiling tile and was kinda gross even though we didn’t dare touch it. The bathroom downstairs also had some small holes in the wall and a towel holder barely hanging onto the wall. Couldn’t use the ping pong table with our losing balls every 5 seconds bc they have it on the deck and the ball goes over the porch and down in the woods all the time. A window in a room on the 3rd floor was messed up and had a very cold breeze coming through some cracks. And some of the doors struggled to open and close. But it was overall a pretty cabin.
Nice cabin just as advertised. Loved the wrap around deck and the hammocks. Plenty for the kids to do in the game room and media room.Worked out well for our party of 20 people
Great home in the middle of the mountains but yet still very accessible to many of the local towns in the area. Great home and space accommodating our family reunion (25 people) and we would come back again! Thanks Ryan for the great experience.
Beautiful house situated on top of a mountain overlooking the national park. There are bears in the area and they are not aggressive but they are curious. They are beautiful to watch in the afternoons and evenings. Great house and plenty of beds.
The cabin was beautiful. It did however need attention on several things that we wanted to use: the gas fireplace in the loft would not light. All 3 can openers did not work. The Keurig coffee pot needs to be thrown out, we actually went and bought a new one to use. The air hockey table was broken, The Connect 4 game was broken on the bottom and the pieces fell through. The griddle electric connector did not stay attached. An upstairs bedroom window did shut completely and bugs flew in. The clothes dryer made a terrible noise like it had a brick in it. I believe a gear or a belt is about to go out. I don't like to be nitpicky but the cabin just needs some attention to the little things that we tried to use. Otherwise it's a beautiful property. We had a wonderful time.
We really enjoyed our stay. We rented the cabin for a place for our entire family & friends to stay for our elopement. We had a blast, plenty of things to do around the cabin so no need to leave. The only downfall was the master suite. The shower never got warm, and was difficult to figure out. There’s also no closet for the suite. It was turned into a nook for eating, which left us no where to hang clothes we didn’t wanna leave in suit cases. Ryan was a great host though, very responsive, he allowed us to check in early and when we had an AC issue he had a technician there the following morning. We had a bear visit us every night, which was pretty cool to see. Even got a picture of a bear looking like he was trying to play ping pong! I would definitely stay again!
Very beautiful property on the border of the National Park. Great communication with the owner, and some of the most breathtaking views we have experienced, looking down over the valley and with the mountains in the background.
