2480 Powers Ferry Marietta Ga

There were too many issues encountered in this property 1) the heater & AC was out of order for the first 4 days The HVAC staff had to come replace the unit - worked for 5 hrs while the children were still asleep 2) the linens in 1 bedroom was soed and dirty Sent pics to host 3) the floors were creaking - can hear steps in the downstairs bedrooms 4) The garbage cans were full to the brim when we got there 5) The door in one of the downstairs bedrooms is cracked 6) There was a smell of an old musty mildew house in the whole house especially in the Downstairs bedrooms. I would not recommend this house to any family especially those with children
