Beautifully decorated apartment located in downtown Fergus Falls. Two bedroom, 1 bath located above retail furniture store. Just steps from the scenic Riverwalk, great shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. Next door to A Center for the Arts for the culture seekers. Directly across the street from the brand new Otter Cove children’s museum! Fun for the whole family!
The space
Spacious two bedroom apartment overlooking the main business street in Fergus Falls. The bathroom is accessed through the second bedroom. Private entrance to the apartment is just up a flight of steps.
Other things to note
Parking on Lincoln Ave is permitted during the day with easy access to the apartment . Reserved overnight parking just for you located behind the apartment.

Overall the stay was good. In the middle of downtown. Host was very friendly which owns the furniture store downstairs. It was nice to walk through the store to the car in the back. Only hiccup was the check in. Arrived late at night and hard to see or find the apartment door access. Host was able to guide me even it was late at night.

Kim was a great, responsive host. Apartment was as advertised uniquely situated in a historic building over the town furniture store. Very walkable to restaurants and several coffee shops. Clean and well decorated. We would definitely stay again.

Four Days in Our Hometown!

We found a gem in our hometown of Fergus Falls, overlooking Main Street! We loved the view, the quaint and homey touches and the space! We won't be staying in one-room motels anymore. And it's half the cost of a motel!

The listing was as posted, nice and clean. We would stay again. As mentioned, parking is around the block. It took a little while to get the apartment warmed up, but once it did, it was cozy place stay.

Top notch

Married couple returning to Fergus Falls to visit friends and family. Found this VRBO in the heart of our former home town. What a gem and such a great location to see all that FF has to offer downtown. Will definitely use it whenever we return to FF.
