This beautiful and cozy holiday apartment in the middle of the mountains welcomes you and your family for a wonderful stay. The apartment has a wonderful garden with furniture for enjoying delicious barbecue meals. You can also close the day on the balcony with a drink of your choice!

The holiday apartments offer you an ideal starting point for relaxing holidays. Go on hikes and excursions to the Krimml Waterfalls or relax in the nearby Kristallbad Wald/Königsleiten. Wald im Pinzgau is located in Oberpinzgau at the foot of the Gerlos Pass between Mittersill and Krimml. The romantic, original village offers the perfect backdrop for relaxing holidays near the world-famous Krimml Waterfalls and the Großvenediger.

In the open kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals. The kitchen also has an electric kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, and fridge-freezer. The bedrooms are comfortable and provide peaceful sleep. The electric heating keeps the house warm. You can easily park here.


It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house The landlord lives on the same property. Dogs are to be kept on a leash. When arriving with a dog, the dog is not allowed to stay alone in the apartment. The fireplace / stove shown in the photos cannot be used, it is only used for decoration. Non smoking accommodation.

We stayed in Eva apartment for 4 days and it was beautiful stay. Not only it is well placed near restaurant and great bath, but it is was really well equiped and really clean. It looks like it is all new. The bed were very comfortable and we felt like it is our second home. We know we will come back again. The hosts are very nice and communicated when needed.

We hebben met vier vrienden genoten van een weekend in deze mooie accommodatie. Ideale uitvalsbasis om het Zillertal te verkennen. We zijn op veel plaatsen geweest van Zell am See/Kaprun tot Konigsleiten/Gerloss. Ook genoten van de watervallen in Krimml. Appartement is ruim en komt overeen met de foto’s. Prima bedden en alles aanwezig wat het verblijf prettig maakt. Johann is een uitstekende host! Hij en Eva reageren snel op vragen en hebben goede tips voor eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Kortom een aanrader!

FeWo Johann und Eva - perfekt

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit in Wald im Pinzgau, Österreich. Die Ferienwohnung "Eva" ist großzügig geschnitten, bietet zwei Schlafzimmer ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie Bad und separates WC. Der große Balkon lädt am Abend zum ruhigen Tagesausklang nach langen Wanderungen ein. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist herzlich, offen, direkt und sehr vertrauensvoll. Schon die Einstimmung auf den Urlaub begann mit einer netten Kontaktaufnahme wenige Tage vor Anreise. Wir als Familie mit zwei Kindern haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Erholung ist bei Johann und Eva garantiert.

Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat alles wirklich super geklappt. Eva und Jochen sind mega lieb und echt gastfreundlich! Es gibt viele Aktivitäten in der Umgebung und zum Skilift braucht man auch nicht lange! 10/10 komme wieder!

Het is een zeer complete appartement waaraan niets ontbreekt. Keukenapparatuur is zeer schoon en netjes, servies is zeer schoon en ruim voorradig. Badkamer is ruim en wederom zeer netjes. Beide slaapkamers ruim, veel opberg mogelijkheden, prima bedden. Ik kan nog wel even doorgaan maar het is een uitstekende accommodatie en het algemene cijfer, kan er niks aan doen, is een 10+. Excellent appartment

Stayed at this lovely two bedroom apartment for five nights could not ask for anything more, everything you need is there, supermarket is two minute drive, great loction, very clean, quiet, secure parking, nice to come back to after a day touring around this beautiful area. Friendly hosts with Johann & Eva very easy to contact for any questions. I would definately stay again and highly recommend this lovely accommodation.
