Large Unique & Artistic Lake Michigan Beachfront House with Awesome Game Room

Located at the very end of a beautiful private road, the Sand Castle Beach House is nestled between beautiful Lake Michigan beach shoreline and a gorgeous forest. The 3 acre private and exclusive lot features an expansive lake side yard that is level and ready for outdoor games. 2 grills on the large lakeside deck are ready for your vacation time. Laze in the chaise loungers or Adirondack chairs and listen to the waves lap the shoreline.

Please note that during the peak weeks of late June July and early August we have weekly rentals that are Friday to Friday. Please contact me about alternative blocks during that time.

The Sand Castle Beach House is newly renovated. Upgrades include all new birch hardwood floors, all new kitchen appliances, new furnishings and beds, and a new high end TV and audio system. The Owners goal is to provide high quality features from sheets to cookware. We have awesome sunrise views, so we take coffee very seriously! Recently, we have added a Nespresso expresso cappuccino maker, a premium Keurig machine, and we have a drip coffee maker as well. We have a high end Ninja blender for making smoothies.

The property features a master suite with a king bed and full bath. The full bath features a walk in shower and hot tub.

A lower level "game room arcade" features a slate pool table, air hockey, ping pong, and shuffle puck.

In late 2020, we upgraded to the fastest unlimited WIFI system available via satellite. We added a strong router to broadcast the signal all over the property- even outdoors.

Originally built in 1990, the home features very unique, contemporary architecture. The living room has a 30 foot cathedral ceiling with large windows that let light flow into the home all day long and provide striking views of the surrounding forest. Theres a loft that overlooks the living space from the second floor. The kitchen and master bedroom have amazing views of the shoreline and sunrises over Lake Michigan. The home features a thoughtful collection of art and some unique pieces.

With 4 comfortable and bright bedrooms and a 5th additional sleeping space in the loft, there's sleeping space for the whole family.

The Sand Castle Beach House underwent a $30,000 shoreline repair in the Winter of 2020, coupled with much lower lake levels. We now have a sandy beach back! As soon as the lake drops a little further, a walkway will be built down to the lower beach, providing easier access to the walkable sandy beach!!
