It's within walking distance to many shops, eateries, and The Lauren Rogers Museum of Art. The Pinehurst is full of rich and warm tones. There were dead bugs on floor and window sill. The blanket on the couch needs to be replaced. Blinds and bathroom light fixture needs to be dusted badly. The coffee pot was dirty and had to be washed before using. I don’t mean to be critical just wanted you to know how your cleaning staff is doing. Also the plastic shower curtain needs to be replaced.Thank you again as we did enjoy our stay. Really a cute cottage.

There are 5 or 6 of these little houses so I hope this issue is only this one we stayed in. I’m going to preface this by saying I expect to feel like my butt is sitting on a cleaner toilet and I’m bathing in a cleaner shower and laying in cleaner beds than at a hotel. Hence why I spend more money on a VRBO.The beds were comfortable which was nice. But the toilet bowl and tub/shower were dirty. Stained and dirty throw pillows, throw and couch. Plug in air fresheners were all empty. The place needs new living room furniture and better cleaning services.Very unfortunate because I’m not sure whoever owns the place realizes any of this. It would be hard to believe they themselves put eyes on the place and anre okay with any of this.On a high note, communication with the host was very easy and they were always very kind. These little cottages would be great if there’s a large group of people who each want their own place.
