About this property

Extraordinary luxury villa on top off the sea with 9 bedrooms, private pool, bar

This exceptional villa is new on the rental market. The complete renovation was finished in the Summer of 2022. It is located in the luxury urbanisation Punta de la Mona in La Herradura and offers amazing and unbeatable sea views due to its priviliged location on top of the sea.

The interior design is by the hand of a designer who worked for Robert De Niro, Sting, Kanye West, Bill Gates, Madonna…

It is set on a plot of 7 000 m² and offers absolute privacy. Bars, restaurants, the sport harbour Marina del Este and beaches are 25 min. walking distance.

There are 9 bedrooms ( 6 with sea views - 3 with mountain views) , 9 ensuite bathrooms with design rain showers and a very big living room. Natural stone and wood were used to create a contemporary Meditterenan feeling.

All the rooms are decorated in a very luxurious style and offer complete peace and quiet. .The airco system is individual for each bedroom so you can choose your own comfort.

In the big bar ( inside and outside due to sliding window) is a pool table, a bathroom and a seperate home cinema room.

Outside is a big infinity pool ( 13 x 5 m) with a sitting area for small children; jacuzzi and a ping pong table. Around the pool 16 seperate design loungers and a Bali bed is provided.

You will never shower again on a more special location now that the outdoor shower has views on the harbour and is almost on top of the cliff.

The very big mature garden has several tropical maure plants and palm trees. Depending on the season you can pick your own lemons, oranges, figues or pomegranates.

The terraces ( more than 500 m²) are located in several different positions so there is sun (or shade if you prefer) all day long. Outdoor dining is possible for 18 - 20 people.. Big barbecue and pizza-oven is available.

All amenities are availabe to offer and exceptional holiday. ( 3 fridges - 4 dishwashers - 2 ovens - 2 hubs)
