Perfect for temporary health care providers as is is located close to most hospitals. The duplex was designed to include modern amenities including, dish washer, garbage disposal, microwave, gas stove/oven, refrigerator, central heat/air, and washer/dryer. The large mid-century living room includes a TV. There is an additional lounging area, office and two bedrooms with queen size beds. The unit is approximately 1200 sq. ft.
