Traditional stonework and sea views set the scene at this lovingly renovated 19th-century holiday home in Dobreć, a peaceful village above Lovran on the slopes of Mount Učka. With 80 m² of space for up to four guests, the detached house offers a quiet base for couples, friends, or a small family seeking a relaxed stay along the Croatian coast.

The ground floor has an open kitchen with a dining table, electric and gas cooking hobs, kettle, toaster, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. Downstairs, the living and dining area has satellite TV and a seating area, while two bedrooms each feature a double bed. One bedroom opens onto the terrace. Air conditioning and a washing machine provide added convenience, and a free baby crib is available.

Outdoor living is a highlight, with a garden, terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, and barbecue facilities. The property also has a whirlpool, available seasonally from 30 May to 30 September, with the possibility of an earlier opening depending on the weather. Parking is provided, and the outdoor setting offers space to unwind after a day exploring the coast or hills.

Lovran is known for its Art Nouveau villas, attractive parks, and swimming spots along its 12-kilometre coastal promenade. Hiking routes wind through the surrounding hills, including trails leading towards Mount Učka and its 1,400-metre summit, Vojak, which offers far-reaching views in clear weather. You can also explore the walking route between Lovran and Opatija. Please note that the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
