The owner lives on the same property, but his presence is largely unnoticeable, always available for assistance and advice. The house is well-equipped. In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms mentioned above, there is a very large, fully equipped kitchen. There is an elegant dining room and a cozy living room with a fireplace and TV. Upstairs, there is an additional living room with a TV. For the youngest, there's a playground, a sports field, a gym, table tennis, foosball, a bonfire area, and a garden shelter. Across the street is a stocked fishing pond belonging to the holiday villa owners. Guests can fish there for an additional fee (basic fishing equipment can also be rented if needed).
