Horrible/ Traumatizing Experience
I booked this Condo a month in advance for a leisure trip. Upon check in time, I was unable to reach the host. Vrbo could not reach the host on three different attempts. Vrbo was supposed to give one night of relocation being that I was out of town in an unknown area and unable to check in. I ended up paying 600 out of pocket to get somewhere to stay at the last minute & I have yet to receive a refund. I am so still upset and saddened about the way that I was treated and poorly accommodated.
