Attached studio apartment with private parking and private entrance. Full kitchenette with brand new fridge, stovetop, and microwave. Very large walk-in shower with glass door, new bathroom vanity and toilet. Remote controlled AC/heating unit and ceiling fan. Apartment has a private washer/dryer unit. Full cable and wireless internet. Comfortable for two adults with queen bed and a small futon (5 feet in length) to accommodate one child.

Property is owned and managed by a professional, married couple with long standing ties to Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We live in the main house behind the apartment. There is only one shared wall between the apartment and the main house. We invested in extra sound proofing for your privacy and ours.
