CLAREMONT HOUSE – HOUSE RULES
Welcome! We are delighted to host you. To help ensure a wonderful experience for both our guests and our neighbors, please review the following house rules before booking.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests unless otherwise approved in writing.
• Additional Guests:
Day Guests: $75 per guest, per day
Overnight Guests (above the initial 6 included guests): $100 per guest, per night
All additional guests must be approved in advance.
• The booking guest is responsible for all members of their group, including any damages, excessive cleaning, or rule violations.
• Pets require prior approval and a fee of $125 per pet per reservation.
• All guests must be 21 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• No parties, events, commercial gatherings, or unauthorized visitors.
• Quiet Hours: You`re welcome to continue enjoying the backyard, pool, spa, and fire pit, just please help us keep the atmosphere peaceful. 10:00 PM weekends - 8:00 AM, 9:00pm-7am weekdays. The party doesn`t have to end, but please the volume should.
Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times. No amplified outdoor music during quiet hours.
• No smoking or vaping indoors.
• No drones without prior approval.
• No parking on the lawn.
• Commercial vehicles, oversized trucks, trailers, RVs, toy haulers, and vehicle transport trailers are not permitted without prior written approval.
• For everyone`s safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras located around the outside of the property, including the front entrance, driveway, patio, and pool area. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
• Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.
