Sip your coffee from the private deck in the early mornings. Enjoy quality time together, watching the calming mist come up through the hollow, hovering softly over the trees. Quietly watching for the neighboring deer, headed down the rock paths to the river for a quick drink from the river. Wiped out from hiking and enjoying the outdoors? Curl up and turn on your favorite show or movie on our 70” smart tv in the living room,, break out the board/card games, or read one of our books!

The cabin feels secluded, rustic, and so cozy. Our Master Bedroom has been tastefully curated with a king size bed, 55” smart tv, wicker lounge chair, extra blankets and pillows, a telescope for you to take out on the deck, and more! A second bedroom has a plush queen bed, and a third bedroom has 2 comfortable twin beds.

Step out on the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee (or mimosa) in hand and relax on one of 3 hammocks, sit back and watch the deer in one of our lounge chairs, or take an early morning soak in our 6-person hot tub. At night, the string lights and solar lights will light up the property. Grill out, go star-gazing in the hot tub, and/or light up the fire pit! The stars out at the cabin are a sight to see. Be sure to break out the telescope when the sky is clear!

We tried to think of everything to make our cabin as fun and enjoyable as possible for friends, families, and couples to get together and reconnect. We have board games, card games, xbox one s, nerf battles, and more to make the most of your time at Sundance!

Nice Hidden Gem

We enjoyed our stay at Sundance Cabin! The property had everything we needed plus more! There are even some hiking trails right off the property that lead to some waterfalls. We will definitely be back!

What we needed to relax, refresh, share nearby adventures and bond!!!

We loved this home, and the surrounding through beautiful, especially sunrises and sunsets. It was just enough remote that we felt relaxed and a freedom you don’t feel in the city. It was also close enough to the state park that we could enjoy coming and going in one day.

Hello! We are Natalie and Adam and we are the hosts of Sundance Cabin! We live in NE Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!) and have two young daughters and a Great Pyrenees mix named Millie! Our dream has always been to own vacation rentals, and the Sundance Cabin finally made our dreams come true! Traveling is so important to us and we want to provide the opportunity for others to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life and experience the magic of our cabin and make long lasting memories with friends and family!

Why they chose this property

Being from NE Oklahoma, we are only one hour away from the Arkansas border, which has allowed us multiple opportunities to visit and explore the beauty of Arkansas. We quickly fell in love with the lakes, rolling hills and mountains, stunning trees and the variety of wildlife. Arkansas truly has something to offer for everyone. We knew we wanted our first vacation rental to be close to home, but far enough to feel like we could escape the stressors of every day life, and the Sundance Cabin provided just that! We also loved the proximity to two of Arkansas' larger cities - Fort Smith and Fayetteville! It was love at first site driving to the property - the rolling hills and valleys of the Boston Mountains are incredible and the way Lake Fort Smith is nestled in the mountains is breathtaking. But our favorite view of all, is the one from our back deck, and that is essentially what sealed the deal!

What makes this property unique

The proximity to Fort Smith and Fayetteville is so convenient if you're interested in any major shopping or dining during your visit or of course, to catch a football or basketball game at the U of A! Devils Den State Park is one of the true marvels of Arkansas and only a short drive away. Lake Fort Smith and Artist Point is essentially right in our backyard and offers stunning views and recreational activities. But the true benefit of Sundance Cabin, is that you truly never have to leave to have a great time. Whether you're gazing at the view while sipping your morning coffee, partaking in a ping pong tournament, or making s'mores by the fire during the evening, there truly is never a dull moment.
