Villa Rosita has 8 accommodation units. Even at the first sight, the visually appealing design and the well-kept outdoor facilities stand out. A holiday home to feel good and come back!
The spacious three-room apartment has a living space of more than 70m² and two separate bedrooms as well as an open gallery. The apartment is split over 2 levels and can accommodate up to 5 people. A parking lot is located directly behind the house. This can be used free of charge. Bicycles are parked in the hotel's own bicycle shed right next to the entrance.
Living and cooking
The well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. And the freshly brewed coffee can be enjoyed wonderfully outside: from the kitchen you have access to the smaller of the two balconies.
In the open-plan living room, the sofa invites you to cozy games or TV nights. From here you reach the second, larger balcony. Just 200 meters from the beach is the beautiful Villa Rosita. Shops are within walking distance. There are also restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity.

Extras
A special flair spread the large-sized sandstone tiles in the living area and the wooden parquet in the attic. Directly in the apartment is a combined washer-dryer.

Description of the bedrooms:
bedroom

On the lower floor there is a double bedroom and one with a single bed. This can be taken off comfortably and so can spend two people here. In both bedrooms you will find a wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe.
From the living room you reach a staircase (Attention: steep) the upper floor. This consists of another living room / bedroom. Here a French bed (width: 1.40 m) offers space for another overnight guest.

The bathroom has a shower (attention: high entry), 2 sinks and a washing machine. Also a hair dryer is available.
