High above the sea, with breathtaking panoramic views, this property has been converted into 6 houses for rent.

Each house has a separate entrance and individual terraces. The beautiful salt pool with solar-powered pool heating on the lowest level is only used by these 6 units. In one of these houses lives the caretaker, who receives the guests and maintains the gardens and the pool. You also have the opportunity to charge your electric car at the house. The complex is located on a private road and is absolutely quiet. At the weekend you can watch the passing yachts. On the way down to Javea, there are many interesting restaurants, and in Javea, with its beautiful beach, there are many culinary and cultural options available. Cot available on request. All guests receive a welcome pack.

The view from the balcony is amazing. Very comfortable property, extremely clean and reasonably well fitted out. Would have no hesitation re-booking.

D’incroyables vacances

Le logement est très bien équipé et pratique.La literie est confortable et les grands lits en 180 sont bien appréciables .La climatisation est vraiment un plus dans cette région très chaude.Il ne manque rien dans le logement qui est vraiment conçu pour que vous passiez de bonnes vacances au repos : table et chaises devant la mer immense , transats à disposition pile devant la mer .La piscine est très bien entretenue et très bien agencée.L’ensemble des locataires l’utilisent mais si vous souhaitez être vraiment seuls, il suffit d’aller bronzer sur les transats de sa terrasse qui sont à quelques mètres à peine, en sortant de l’eau.Même si la piscine est « partagée », on n’est pas « au camping » et cela reste très calme et un endroit privilégié pour se ressourcer.Les gardiens, Heike et Manuela sont très gentils, discrets et prévenants.Merci pour votre accueil et les petits cadeaux de bienvenue.Le logement se situe vraiment dans le plus joli coin de Javea. Nous l’ignorions quand nous avons réservé mais durant nos vacances , nous avons sillonné les alentours et on s’est toujours dit qu’on avait réservé dans le « plus joli secteur du coin ».Javea est une jolie station balnéaire agréable.Vous disposez de toutes les commodites (hypermarché, pharmacie) à proximité en voiture .Le petit plaisir des vacances ; descendre à pied tôt le matin à la superbe crique de la Granadella L’endroit est superbe …nos meilleures vacances depuis longtemps !
