About this property

Mountainside Summer/Winter Retreat Spacious 4 bed home

Whether you are staying for the fabulous summer attractions and renowned factory shopping outlets or golfing at the many nearby 5-star courses or staying for the winter activities; such as skiing at the many nearby famous Northeast mountains or snow tubing or cross country skiing, we have the place for you to come home to when your day is complete.

Our place offers 4 beds featuring 3 queen sized beds in 3 separate bedrooms and a 4th bedroom that offers 2 single beds in the lower level. We also offer a pull-out sofa/daybed in the lower level in case you need the extra sleeping space. There are 3 full bathrooms; one on each level. There is a hottub on the deck and a pool table in the finished lower level. We are located 8 miles north of North Conway and 22 miles south of The Mount Washington Hotel & Bretton Woods Resort. Storyland is literally 3 miles away from our home!!

Note: Our property is protected with exterior video cameras. They do NOT point at the hot tub nor are there any located inside the home. Minimum stay 2 nights.

Please bring your trash to the bottom of the hill and put in the dumpster in the Attitash Marketplace parking lot. There is no local pickup.
Turn down 3 thermostats to 55 (in winter) and shut off all lights and tv’s. Strip only the beds that were used. Make sure all doors are locked. Ty
Turn the hot tub temp down to 80 on the tub itself. Turn off the hot water breaker in laundry room. It’s 2nd from the bottom in left column.
