Yusuf was a great host, communicated well and the apt was clean and sufficient for all of our needs. The room was comfortable and the space was nice. We cooked comfortably and there were plenty of supplies. Any questions or concerns we had were replied to quickly. Easy check in was easy along with available parking and good location with stores within walking distance. This a comfortable apartment that I highly recommend this place.

Yonkers stay

Overall very nice place and good value. Small to accommodate 4 people for seating. Steep hills prevented any walking to find local shops. No issues and host communicated well.

Overall Stay

The property was perfect for what we needed. Only drawback was just one bath towel per person and no lamps in the bedrooms, so if you wanted to read before bed you have to use the overhead light. All in all it was very good.

Great Stay!

We stayed in this property as a family of four for a week. The property is just as pictured and was very clean and comfortable. The size was perfect for our family. The property is not too far from the major expressways/highways making it easy to travel to and from the city if driving. I would also like to add that Yusuf was very responsive from the time I booked the trip until the time we checked out. I would definitely stay here again and refer to friends.

Yonkers stay

Yusuf was really responsive and the place was tidy and nice. The only tweak I would make to the description is that it is not walking distance to MetraNorth train at all. It is walking distance to the bus.

The property was clean upon entry and easy for my commute. I definitely would recommend. However, I didn't like the interaction with the tenant downstairs on the first day over parking (he threatened to call the cops before inquiring if I was the intended guest), and I also didn't like the fact that there was no TV in the bedroom.
